Yamato looked up at the government building with a small frown. He had been told unsavoury things about the government in general, and his own reading and observation of the world's event told him that governments in general were a flawed system that created problems rather than solved them.

"What type of government runs this city?" he asked. It would be wise to know if this was some form of police state or something.
