Summary: The Ebon Triad is up to no good, and the Shining Trapezohedron has sent Visitors to stop them.
Warnings: Pokemon can get PRETTY DARK sometimes.

No matter what you were doing before, when the dazzling flash of light clears you find yourself at the base of a Ferris wheel in what seems to be an amusement park, a vague memory of someone asking 'Now, are you a boy? Or a girl?' running through your head.

Wherever you are, it's definitely not Hinoto-Ri. And just what are those strange creatures that everyone else seems to be taking for granted?

The Emolga chitters a goodbye before running up a nearby pole and gliding away.

The girl went deeper into the park - following her will lead Riku to a building with a sign outside reading Nimbasa City Gym.

What's a gym doing in an amusement park, anyway?

The boy can't stifle his curiosity. Gym? Like with treadmills? Or something different? When he peeks in, he frowns a little -- what even is this place? It's so dark, and his powers aren't working properly due to the childish curse he's dealing with. He's not sure he wants to go in there...

LIGHTS. Flashing lights, and a long catwalk with people crowded around either side, and at the far end of the building there's a screen showing clips of a beautiful woman posing.

Apparently it's time for a fashion show, if the models strutting up and down the catwalk are any indication.

Uh. UH.

Little boy doesn't know what to do with it. Riku freezes -- how did he even get here? Isn't this supposed to be a gym and not... some kind of fashion show? He moves to leave, but the door is shut tight behind him, which seems to mean that the only way to go is forward.

As the models begin their show, an elderly gentleman wearing sunglasses approaches Riku.

"You look a little overwhelmed, kid. You lost?"

[resipiscent]

"Uh... yeah." He frowns gently, looking up at the man. He doesn't seem like a bad guy... not that anybody around here really looks all that suspicious to begin with. "This place is... a gym? Looks like a fashion show."

[stringsmon]

He shrugs.

"The Gym Leader is a model. She wanted an image change, so she built this new Gym. I preferred the old one, with the roller coasters and all, but it's not like she has to listen to ol' Clyde."

[resipiscent]

"Yeah, roller coasters would match this city pretty good. But if she's a model, then I guess this is more personal." He's looking pretty pensive there. "Um..." How does he ask if the guy has seen anybody he knows? He doesn't even know if anyone came here with me. "Is there a place I can go to ask for information?"

[stringsmon]

"Oh, sure. Just turn right when you get outside and keep going straight until you reach the Pokecenter - that's the building with the red roof."

[resipiscent]

"Thanks, mister. I really appreciate it." He smiles, then waves to Clyde, turning to open the door again.
