Shield All's nullification overrides Mitra's normal Reflection, so Otoha is not punching himself in the face with this attack. Kotoha does take advantage of the resistance from the shield to launch her own thrust with her bladed staff at Itzpalt, whispering under her breath to Otoha as she does so.
