Well, actually, he could think of one way to explain it all, and simply. He fumbled to put his pencil down, and held up his sketchbook, so that Ferrus could see the drawing of himself sitting there at the table, surrounded by books.
He looked back at Ferrus. Did that answer him well enough? He hoped so....
