[He had been pacing back and forth in his- no, their room ever since Arturia disappeared due to being called in that weird dream he got right after her discharge. And to be honest, that excursion during Valentine's Day turned out to be more embarrassing than fruitful, really. In any case, he's just out there, walking around, taking in the sights as he practically tried to relax.

Around the 13th Hour, he's just there, walking around and fighting with Monsters as the clear form of Gespenst could be seen behind him as it continued to hit at them while he supported it with his own sword.
Really, he's just that worried that all he can think of is to fight and wander around.]
