Wu Kong could take the hits-- he had the best constitution of Daichi's entire team, and instead of retaliating, the floating monkey simply held its staff in front of itself in defense. Though that didn't stop him from screeching unhappily as Blues continued to assault it.
Unlike before, Wu Kong had stopped moving while it held its defense, allowing Daichi to scurry around as he please. While Blues was distracted with his demon, Daichi did just that, and ran up behind Blues, his cellphone pocketed and his fist drawn back to deliver one hell of a punch to the small of Blues' back. And for a human, he sure packed one hell of a punch-- definitely more than the average teenager his age should be able to.
...Of course he was also punching a frikkin' robot, which he didn't learn until right now, so once the hit landed, he immediately withdrew back and let out a slight hiss at the now fairly prevalent pain in his hand.
