Samus shifts on her feet a little, thinking over his situation. "... I personally am on the side of the law, but I can understand that things weren't so black and white for you. Hopefully we can both keep this city on its feet so no one has to resort to that."

She gives a small sigh. "I can't stay here forever, though. I have unfinished business to take care of back home... I'm afraid how long I stay depends entirely upon how long my medical condition stays stable."
