Yamato was terribly out of practice, as it didn't take long for Cerberus to pin him down against the grass, fangs bared and miming a lunging motion for his neck. He was preparing a quick counter attack though, his hand jamming into Cerberus's throat and turning his head away, just about to force them to roll over when a voice suddenly jolted him out of The Zone.

There was a brief pause where Yamato and Cerberus turned to look at the man running towards them, and it took Yamato a second longer than usual to realise - oh dear, this would look a bit suspect.

"Ah, wa-" Yamato tried, but was promptly drowned out by Cerberus's warning growl.

Oh this was going to end horribly.
