Other times, other "worlds" -- Barnaby still wasn't sure he bought any of it, but that seemed to be the explanation most people were falling back on. It would have been easy to wave everyone off as delusional, except Barnaby had already seen a lot of improbable things since his arrival, and they were obviously all "drafted" for a specific purpose. Did they share some kind of common link?
