With that shout, two massive spirals - one of blazing flame, one of freezing ice - discharge from Usatako's tentacles, slowly coming together to form a single stream of blinding light.
Sadly, Desco can't actually see and therefore misses entirely. The spinning column of light instead slams into a nearby car, launching it into the air. As it lands, the attack flares up briefly before being cut off - the last strike being the final straw for the car, which explodes. Violently.
