They always say the first day on a new job is always the hardest.

But tell me...did those tasks include being taken from your own homeworld, dumped into a city you didn't recognize, meeting a man dressed in the purest of whites with a butterfly mask, to be bestowed the power of Persona, and then having some Men in Black lead you to the city hall saying you were expected?

What a way to start the first of September...

As they usher the last of you in, you realize that they've been preparing this for quite a while. There is a small table with food on the right, mixed cuisine (although the main theme seems to be Japanese dishes). Some strange computer program appears next to you and seems to be translating what you are saying so those before you understand. Language barriers? Don't be silly!

Most of the men ignore you after that. You are expected to mingle amongst yourselves a bit before the main 'show' starts, it seems....

"Is that so...?" So, what, he'd heard of him before? Or he was familiar with something associated with him? Or was he reading too much into this?

... Well, considering how many questions he's been asking, he should probably let the other boy think for a bit. "Ah, I'm Aoba by the way. Aoba Kuronuma."

Minato blinks, pulling out of his train of thought to look up at Aoba. "My name is Minato Arisato. ... pleased to meet you, Kuronuma-san."

Well, meeting so many new people, Minato feels it's best to err on the side of politeness as far as names go.

"Pleased to meet you too, Arisato-kun!" Considering the unusual circumstances, and his current belief that camaraderie is the key here, Aoba's a bit more forward than usual.

"So... I'm guessing you're from Japan, Arisato-kun?" He's starting to see a pattern here...

Making no objection to the attempt at camaraderie, Minato yawns, covering his mouth with his free hand as he nods. "Mm. As are you?"

There certainly seem to be a lot of Japanese people here, at any rate.

It's as if Philemon-san has some sort of special interest.

"Mm, from Tokyo to be precise. I just moved into the Toshima area." Really, he's just making small talk in the hope it'll help Minato stay awake.

Philemon certainly seems fond of certain locations...

"Oh. I've lived in Tokyo before, though not in that area. Most recently, I'm from Iwatodai. Near Tatsumi Port Island."

But of course, who even knows where fictional Japanese locations are. He tries not to yawn again.

"Mm... I can't say I've been there myself." He sighs, wondering if he might've heard the place mentioned of some news broadcast.

Minato shrugs. "It'd be hard to visit everywhere."
