Every month, it seems like, something weird happens, and more often than not it involves combat. Naturally, it's best to be prepared. Where will you be when the 13th Hour strikes?

Did she ever ... name anyone? Any of her friends?

[Long shot, but still...]

There were thirteen others who worked with her. She talked a lot about two of them, Roxas and Axel, and how they went on missions to different worlds together to fight the Heartless.

[And as soon as she says Axel he's not quite listening any more, he looks away almost instinctively. He can almost feel the blade stabbing through his heart.
Could he judge Xion for her choice in friends? Did she even know just what a treacherous snake she'd thrown her lot in with?

And can he judge this strange new keyblade wielder for her choices?

It took him a few long moments, fists clenched, before he manages to speak on. It's a strangled sound as he does.]

...that sounds correct, yes.

U-um... did I say something wrong?

[Nano's looking concerned and a little shamed right now.]

[Even groans, rubs his hand down his face. A moment longer before he goes on-]

But I knew them both - and while Roxas was a boy with potential, Axel was the most [and the floodgates open as he gestures with his free hand] infuriating, disrespectful, treacherous person I have ever had the displeasure to meet! He looked like an upstanding citizen to her, I'm sure, but I'm equally sure that serpent had the girl twisted around his little finger with a smile...

[Nano is speechless except for a small frightened nod.]

[Seeing what he's done, Even - freezes, looks down. More quietly-]

[He shakes his head softly.]

She wouldn't have had reason to. It's unlikely she knew.

You mean it didn't happen yet for her?

No. I mean that one does not tell one's young friend that one is a murderer if one wishes to maintain a friendship.

Unfortunately, I don't tolerate high temperatures well. I... can imagine it'd be pleasant enough if you can, though.
