Directly after last night's conversation, Kotoha sprung into action! It didn't take long to get everything set up for the next day, and now it is the next day, so she's turning up at Fumi's place at a reasonable hour, decked out in her preferred shopping outfit of jeans and a powder-blue blouse, with her hair pulled back in a braid.

It's probably for the best not to be instantly recognizable if you're planning on hitting one of the Visitor Merch shops, after all.

Finally, finally, it occurs to Kotoha to curl up her legs and sit on them. She glances off to one side as she recovers, avoiding eye contact with Fumi.

Fumi the troll.

You can hardly blame me. You would have done the same thing in my position.

There's a slight pause as Kotoha looks at Fumi, opens her mouth, raises her finger...and stays like that for a few seconds before closing her mouth and looking off to the side again.

"...yeah, pretty much."

I'm finished. You can relax. It's hardly worth escalating hostilities at this point.

Kotoha steadies herself with another sip of juice.

"...so, anyway, two to three hundred berries a day, assuming standard soil conditions and a single person tending the fields. The industrial farmers, they have Grass types to monitor the health of the plants, Water types to keep them hydrated, and Ground types to maintain high soil quality, so they can produce a lot more."

"I've got six pots and I have Tomoe look after them, so I have about thirty six a day? Thirty net."

"Eh, I had a farm in the dream world for a while, I know the tricks."

You've had a staggering number of jobs 'for a while.'

A lazy shrug sends strands of long chestnut hair drifting around Kotoha like a veil.

"I'm pretty good at delegating and making sure things run smoothly, really."

A slight pause as she pulls her hair back into order.

"...hey, there's something I've been meaning to ask for a while now. Why haven't you contacted me about some of the entries in the Pokedex data yet?"

What about them? I've already read through all the entries.

Kotoha pauses to stare searchingly at Fumi for a long moment.

"...ohhhh. I was pretty sure I told you, but I guess I didn't, huh?"

Okay, now she gets it.

"Fumi, my Pokedex is a research model. The entries are only filled out when I catch something."

[Hang on. Just a moment while Fumi fully realizes what that means.]

...I see.

Kotoha will just pour herself another glass of juice and soak while Fumi processes.

So what you're telling me is that you - personally - battled with and captured each and every Pokemon listed in there.

"Some I traded for, but yeah, mostly."

Siiip.

"...for some reason, I got Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina in the mail."

Yes. Someone mailed her the dragon-gods of space, time, and antimatter.

I'm going to have to go over those files again.

Kotoha glances over at the clock on the wall.

"...ah, it's about time for the massage. I think we hit the showers to get the chlorine off for now, right?"

[Fumi lets out a short sigh, but nods as she rises up out of the water. Get a look at dem boobs and dat ass while you can, Kotoha, because her towel is going right back on over them in a moment.]

Kotoha can manage not to stare.

She...doesn't quite pull off not looking, though.

[Ah, hormones. How glad Fumi is not to have them. She smirks for a split second at Kotoha before securing her towel and making her way into the next room.]
