Summary: Demon apps get tested, new foes join the brawl!

After Naoya's post on the network, Visitors would find themselves with a new add-on; a sort of digital demon taming application that would allow them to befriend the creatures that roamed the city and sway them to their side.

But they were still new in this art. It was a dangerous first step, but someone had to do it for the good of the city... right?

[OOC: This log will take place on the 24th, but from now on a log will be posted each month to be able to capture demons. Moreover you'll be able to request them whenever you like!

As of a note, remember that from now on, the 13TH HOUR WILL LAST 2 HOURS INSTEAD OF ONE so if you want to include that in one of your prompts, please go for it!

Characters can start their own threads, or reply to others. Subjects should include your character's current level as this will influence the type of demon they can run into and tame! Please have fun, and enjoy! Characters are HIGHLY encouraged to mingle with each other. Demons may show up in certain threads too, so keep your eyes peeled and have fun with each other!]

As much as Even was hardly one for spending time out and about during this now-so-inaccurately named period of the night, the logic seemed clear. He could hardly understand the local demons if he shied away from using what resources were available to him to do so, could he?
Time, then, to investigate...

A wild Nisroc approaches!

These creatures are getting ever more ridiculous. He raises an eyebrow - "You susprise me. I can't say I was aware that demons took any care with what they consumed."

The Nisroc delicately snorts.

"While that is true, sir, I daresay I represent a more refined class of gourmand."

[Nano's been laying low lately with all the chaos surrounding the city lately, but she's finally decided that it might be worth heading out to see if she can make friends with some of the wandering demons. It would certainly make protecting the city easier if the people can start to get them on their side, after all.]

Hello? Demon-san?

There's a flash of blue skin as Nano's call attracts Tlaloc, who looks out from behind a corner.

Oh...! Hello! I didn't see you there.

[zonefoes]

The Tlaloc slowly moves out from behind the corner, holding its red cloud in front of it protectively.

"aRe yOu lEmOn? oR pInEaPpLe?"

W-what...? Are you asking how I taste?

[Oh god, already this is getting weird.]

[zonefoes]

The Tlaloc ducks behind its cloud at Nano's question, cringing a little.

"nO nO nO! i iS nOt lEmOn!"

Well... no. You look more like a blueberry than a lemon.

[zonefoes]

Peeking up above the cloud.

"bLuEbErRiEs hAvE aNtIoXiDaNtS! vErY gOoD!"

Yes! They're very good for your digestion!

Well, no, not right now, but I know a market that sells very fresh fruit!

Well, why not. Naoya's been such a busy bee lately; it would be a shame not to take advantage of the fruits of his labor.

[Fumi's out and about, flanked by her own demons - Lugh, Fenghuang, and Tao Tie - as she brazenly strides through the city streets looking for other ones to befriend. This is a bit different from how she's used to doing it at home, so she's eager to see how this new function of the watches work.]

"Hey, you."

The demon that called out to Fumi is a Flauros that is nonchalantly leaning against a wall.

Hey yourself, Flauros, 64th demon of the Goetia, Duke of Hell and commander of thirty-six legions.

[zonefoes]

"Yeah, uh...you want some of that action? Thirty-six legions at your command!"

[terminally_clever]

You're something of a downgrade from these three, aren't you? I assume you're familiar with them.

[Fumi gestures at her entourage.]

[zonefoes]

"They don't got legions. I got legions up to my hilt, here!"

A claw indicates the hilt of the sword protruding from above the Flauros' leopard head.

[terminally_clever]

And a very impressive hilt it is.

[Fumi folds her arms, smirking.]

Well then, call them. I want to see what I'm getting here.

[zonefoes]

"Right! Uh..."

Coughing a little, the Flauros makes an imperious gesture with both hands, conjuring up clouds of smoke.

When it clears, he is surrounded by thirty-six legions of little green army men.

[terminally_clever]

Quite an impressive collection. It must have taken you some time to assemble it all.

[She is less than impressed.]

[zonefoes]

"Um...yeah, yeah! You're looking at the results of my dedication, here! Amazing, ain't it?"

[terminally_clever]

That's certainly one word for it.

[Fumi waves a hand.]

But I'll pass.

The Flauros almost looks like it's about to object before it eyes Fumi's escorts and visibly thinks better of it. The 'legions' disappear into smoke, and when it clears the demon is...mostly gone.

Just give it a few more seconds to duck around that corner.
