Call out? A Dawn Investigation at her Request.

Summary: So Eikichi might have tied someone up while he was brainwashed. Talking must happen.

Well, here he was. Eikichi was true to his word and at very early dawn, he was there, haven already woken up much earlier to shower and to put on his makeup. Even if this was just a meeting, he'd have to look his best! That's who he was, after all.

He had no idea what to expect, so he'd also brought his guitar case along. Besides, who knew what could come out of the bushes around here, what with the demon population, right?

He still felt sleepy. Urgh.

Idly he looked around and waited for her.

"Call me Eikichi," he replied, nodding when she recognized him. "Mr. Mishina makes me sound like an old man." And he was just sixteen years old. He was about to say something else when he notice the donuts and almost stepped away at the sight of them.

"...you're eating those as breakfast?"

"....yes? Is something the matter with them?" she asked, glancing down at the box curiously. True, it wasn't one of Shirou's or Sakura's breakfasts, but they were delicious and Arturia was nothing if not very invested in delicious food.

As for calling Eikichi Mr. Mishina. Well, he was only a little older than she was. She can't help it if politeness was practically ingrained into her.

"Well they're filled with sugar and fat! It's a bad choice when the first meal of the day is important!" Also Eikichi had this creeping fear he'd return to his old elementary school weight the minute he ate one of them. You'd have to forgive him. Idly, he ran an arm behind his neck, thinking.

"If you want, I could take you somewhere we can eat a little healthier. You could always have those as a snack later." He was still unsure why she wanted him over, but hell, if they were both here, he might as well offer. "...uh no pressure either."

"I have no real preference for a meal. There just happened to be a donut shop on my way here," she said with a shrug. Shirou tended to get on her and her uncle about their diet in between his sister's gripes about them being freeloaders. Food was food to Arturia and she tended to enjoy it regardless of where it came from. She just liked Shirou or Sakura's cooking best.

Might as well get to the point--especially if he was offering her a meal. She can return to the Capricorn Ward to train afterward.

"Anyway, I just wanted to speak to you in person since it feels very impersonal to talk about these matters over the network. You said you were not yourself on the night of the incident, correct?"

"Yeah, that's right," he replied with a sigh, leaning on his guitar case after a moment. Now that he knew this wasn't some sort of calling him out for a battle he relaxed a little more. "It felt like the entire day was a blur and I just remember a few things."

Like hurting people, cigars, that weird Persona...

Arturia was just really awful at asking people to meet up with her. That's all. It was never meant to be a challenge for battle. Heck, she'd thought he would have said something if Capricorn Ward or dawn were a problem for him, but details. Details.

"Like what?" Would it have been like the ice cold fear that crippled her and made it hard to even move in some instances?

"If you don't mind my asking, that is. I promise I would understand if you consider it a private matter."

"No it's fine." He got up again and indicated with a hand to follow her. "But if I'm going to talk, we should sit down. And if we're sitting down...better have breakfast over it."

It was early, after all, and his mind wasn't all there at this hour. He could go for some fruit and tea.

"I'll pay." Considering the fact he had tied her up in this room, he probably owed her more than a few meals regardless.

"I called you out here. At least let me pay half," she insisted even as she followed him. Again: not about to turn down a good meal and if over a meal would be a more comfortable place for him to talk, then so be it.
