Out and About [Open]
Who: Caroline, William & And those who have requests that require them to be about in the city. Moreover, normal visiting!
Where: Wherever they need to be.
Summary: Did your Velvet Request require you to meet with either of the Velvet Resident Siblings? Did you just want to meet them in the city and learn more? This is your chance!
Warnings: MAYBE SOME SAD THINGS EVENTUALLY.
[OOC = Alright! This is more of a catch all log. Simply reply to it with who you need for your request and I will follow.
You are also allowed to tag non-request-wise with ONE of your character (so if you have a request, you cannot) meeting the characters at a time. I'm mostly doing this to keep tagging consistent, so if a thread is done with one and you'd like them to meet another of your characters, please do so!
Caroline will be in the city on the 2nd, 4th, 6th & 12th.
William will be in the city from the 1st-10th and then from the 20th to 31st.
Igor doesn't come out.

No, not it doesn't help that much at all. He had already figured that much out, just from the terms "legendary swordsman"; he couldn't imagine one of the natives fitting that category. Just... legendary swordsman from what? And where? The future? The past? Too many questions; what, was this person just supposed to fall on his lap?
...well, that's usually how it worked in Inaba.
