Where: Iwatodai Dorm, in the Libra Ward
Summary: On January 31st, SEES & co. move into their dorm, which appeared here with the other buildings earlier in the month. This post also serves as something akin to the apartment log for anyone wanting to visit any of the P3 cast..!
Warnings: There may be spoilers for Persona 3, but I think the statute of limitations is up on that one. It's a dormitory, and some of the people in it are dating... Also they're teenagers, so shenanigans happen.



January 31st. It is an auspicious day to move into the dorm, but in a way perhaps it's fitting. January 31st had been an end and a beginning for most of them here - moreso than any new year. But this is a different January 31st, and the world is in no danger of ending tonight, so what better time to move than this?

Thus the dorm - left quiet for a week or two - is now bustling with activity as everyone works together to clean it and move their things and get everything set up to be home again! (Maybe they might even order some celebratory sushi when they're done!)

[Minako starts her greeting before she opens her door.]

Hi, Cloche-san! I'm glad you found your way okay... [And she trails off as she notices the outfit.] I didn't know you wore glasses!

Your directions were clear and concise. I had no trouble at all. [She reaches up to touch the frames of her glasses with her free hand.] Oh, these? They're just part of this costume. My eyesight is perfect.

I see. [Does that mean you're cosplaying? Cloche, why...] Is that a school uniform?

[Costumes are just easier than changing outfits sometimes, okay. ... and she really likes this one.]

That's right. But it's not for any real school--it was crafted in my Cosmosphere.

That was like your mindspace, right?

That's correct. Part of Diving is occasionally working through certain scenarios where a change of dress is needed; I have three other costumes that I can wear, if I so choose. [Wait, aren't they getting off topic...?] But, that's not what I came here for.

...No, probably not. But come in! Everything's not set up yet so I apologize for the mess.

[There really isn't any mess. Just a few boxes that haven't been unpacked.]

There's nothing to apologize for; you're still moving in. [Cloche steps politely into the room. Gosh, Minako, way to lie about the mess.] Which is why I'm here. Congratulations on the move, Minako.

[Present: offered! Cloche has been reading up on her social niceties. This plush and candy count as the most practical housewarming presents she has ever given. They are also the only housewarming presents she has ever given, but. Details!

(Another detail that Cloche didn't overthink and is completely irrelevant: Does it count as a housewarming present if Minako is just moving back into her school dorm...?)]

Thanks, Cloche-san. We'll be a little farther away from the other visitors, but I think it's more convenient for the group from home to be together again.

[But then Cloche offers the present, and Minako blinks at it.] What's this?

I've heard that it's customary to give housewarming presents to your-- [For just a moment, she hesitates--as if she's not certain what word to use.] ... acquaintances, when they move from one home to another.

[Minako's received a few presents like this when she had to move from place to place, but never anything with this much sentiment behind it. She takes the items.]
