Summary: Nano has the most inconvenient robotic attachments ever.

[Nano has clearly been in town for far too long without anything terrible happening with her robotic attachments for no reason in public.  It's really a miracle she's made it this long.  Which is why today, she's running around the streets of Hinoto-Ri in a complete panic, waving her arms around frantically as she tears through the streets.  Onlookers will likely notice that her right hand is missing completely, and she seems to be staring up at the skyline looking for something during the times when she stops to catch her breath.]

No...!  Come back!

[It's not entirely clear what she's screaming at, but it's probably pretty easy to figure out.  Nano's self-propelled hand is rocketing its way all through the city.  Sometimes it collides with a piece of scenery before bouncing off and flying in a completely different direction.  Particularly unlucky people might actually get rocket-punched themselves while it's shooting all over the place.  And of course, whenever she starts to get close, Nano herself will come running up, panting for breath and holding up the stump.]

P-please...!  Help... h-hand...

[This is so embarrassing.]

[He's pretty agile too, keeping up with all the ricocheting easily. But he needs to figure out a way to stop it. Which is why when he finally gets close enough, he transforms his arm into a claw and bats it out of the air as hard a he can.

That sudden impact with the pavement is probably the reason for those scuff marks. The suspicious claw marks are a little stranger though. But he's not really aware of that as he trots back to her, prize in hand.]

[Nano can only stare in wide-eyed shock and amazement at all of this. She does wince pretty hard when he bats the hand down to the pavement. Once he's back, she just holds out her other hand, still speechless.]

[Gives her the hand. Then some head pats. Everything is better now, right?]

[Nano screws the hand back on, tentatively wiggling her fingers. The motion is a bit rough, and she's definitely going to need a tune-up, but he did bring it back and seems very sincere.]

[He nods. She's very welcome. Satisfied that he's helped out, he gives her a wave and walks off.]

W-wait...! What's your name?

[Where oh where has Nano's hand gone, where oh where can it be? With its thumb cut short and its fingers cut long, oh where oh where can it be?]

[Death nearly gets rocektpunched, but teleports conveniently about a foot away from the errant hand instead. Yeah, she cheats.]

That seems inconvenient.

Rocket... punched..? [Based on his expression, he's going to need some... explanation.]

[He pulls himself off the ground, standing and rubbing his sore back. Thankfully, his other ailments were treated by the persona. He looks at the bags of chips and candy bars littering the sidewalk, going around and collecting them up into his arms before finding the bag trying to blow away. He dumps everything back into the bag, turning to her with a lighthearted grin.]

Good as new! Now uh... are you alright? [She seemed to think it was her fault, but he couldn't stand to see a little girl cry over something silly like nearly giving him a concussion.]

[ Loken vaults a car at least once during the trip, as the run the rocket fist down. Eventually he'll find it embedded in a wall. ]

It had to have, because something had to knock a camera out of alignment. Just what the hell is going on?

[ Yukko sees a hand fly past her, nearly hitting her. Then Nano comes rushing by, making Yukko spin on her heel.

In a fit of utter shock and astonishment, Yukko runs after Nano, trying to catch up to her. ]

Naaannnooo?? Where are you running to??

I-it flew off on its own...

[Nano takes the hand and screws it back on before folding her hands in front of her and bowing over and over again.]

I'm all right, but I, um...

[Nano frowns, bringing her handless arm back around and showing him the stump.]

...I'm a robot, and my hand...

[Nano eventually circles the block. No luck. :(]

[ He winces, realizing how much like his father he sounds, then puts his hand gently on Nano's head as show bows, stopping her bow halfway through. ]
