[mostly open] friday's partings
Who: The entire Devil Survivor 2 cast, as well as Alcor (AU) and you!
Where: Around Sagittarius Ward.
When: April 26th, at various times (but namely the 13th Hour).
Summary: It all started with a kidnapping and a few crazy cast members before it got completely out of hand, involving even those who never wanted to be.
Warnings: Violence, injuries, and possible property damage.
When the 13th Hour struck, sheer chaos unfolded. Frankly, everything was in chaos already, but that just added to it even moreso. And in the midst of this whirlwind of confusion and frenzy were a couple of individualswho were unfortunate enough to bump into each other during this time, while under the influence of the Taurus event.
It started out simple. Well, as simple as one could get in this situation. Io was just going to kidnap Kaito (being possessive of anything that held value, nothing big), and the Hotsuin twins had a scuffle, but the twins of them happened to come across the aforementioned kidnapping, which certainly didn't go well with either of them. And when Io Nitta came under the threat of harm, a certain overprotectivewatchdog Septentrione with his (somewhat) protective characteristics kicked into overdrive didn't take that too well either. Not that he had a choice. A tool has no free will, after all.
So, due to the effects of the Zodiac event, not only is Alcor compelled to cause havoc to add to the general mayhem of the city (with his 3 demons milling out and about as well), the complete opposite of how extremely passive and obedient he was before, he's also very strongly compelled to protect Io Nitta, who was under attack by the twins, at all costs...which is driving him to try to destroy anything that could be labelled as a threat to her as well. (Just in case the bull horns on his head didn't already give it away that he was one of them.)
Even other Visitors.
So when that building near you is hit by a Mazandyne, don't take it too personally. If there's a spell flung in your direction, don't take that too personally either. And if you come across those two light-haired twins who are fighting the culprit of this particular mess and look like they're fighting a losing battle instead, will you help them or not? No matter what, tread carefully; a sword of the absolute is not to be taken lightly.
[ooc: While some of the threads in this log will be closed between certain people, as a sort of catch-all post, you're certainly free to just tag in/start new threads in this post and have your character(s) run into Alcor and try to stop the rampaging Septentrione! Here is a list of his abilities (scroll down to Canon Powers), and don't worry about defeating him! That'll be dealt with, in the end. Also, please let me know how severely he can injure your character, if given the opportunity.]

It was all too familiar for him. A snap of the fingers, and the huge figure of Black Frost materialized into view right in front of him, reflecting the fire back at the two, and adding injury to insult by following up with a Mabufudyne, stopping the twins right in their tracks with a long row of large ice spikes.
No dice. They'd have to do better than that.

In other words, the Mabufudyne spell hit them hard. Miyako's knocked off as her demon's forced to stop. She tried to roll onto the ground and lessen the impact, but tch. Pushing herself up, Miyako glared at him.
Behind her annoyance and anger at Alcor, there's a hint of fear. She knew very well how powerful he can be.

What a pain.
Yamato curled his fingers into Cerberus's fur and hauled himself back to his feet, glowering past the row of ice spikes at Alcor. He was in his way. He was being a nuisance. But what about that was new? Yamato grounded his teeth together, his mind racing. Remiel was returned to his phone when he went out of range... he still had Arioch...
That wasn't getting into the fact that the longer they remained here, the further away Nitta got with Kaito.
Yamato summoned Arioch. The Vile demon crackled into being, its belly splitting open to let its long tongue dart out to taste the air. Chaos Breath would work nicely here - and it did. Arioch swung its blade, seemingly hitting just air - but the force of a Deathbound hammered towards Alcor as if the demon was right before him.

Well, if the twins were aiming for the team leader in hopes of ending the battle quickly, then the team leader would simply have to strike back.
Alcor simply shrugged it off as if it were nothing, feeling no pain or anything else for that matter. Then, snapping his fingers three times in rapid, fluid movements (effectively taking 3 actions in the time it took for normal humans to take 1), he cast Mazandyne twice, hoping to at least hit the twins, and Holy Dance once, leaving the targets affected to chance.
Dragon Eye is a pain to deal with.

She get out from behind Mara, giving him the silent order to attack. He enlarged himself, before he charged forward to deliver his powerful, piercing Deathbound.
Miyako remembered the battle by the terminal, as well as Alcor's resistances. Mara's physicals and her almighty skill would be the best choice for damage, but she's wary of getting too close to him.
However it went, after Mara's attack and returned close enough to her, Miyako can feel some of her energy restored. With how this battle might go, the regenerative effect of Tyranny's a boon for her side.
