Who: Xion [ou] and YOU!

Summary: Xion's finally not being shady, but she is quite curious as to why her body is a lot more fleshy then it should be. Also getting groceries because someone knows how to cook now!

On a nondescript park bench:

Well, this probably isn't something seen everyday! Xion has her boot off, and is inspecting her toes carefully, tugging at each one. But they don't seem to come off at all. Next is her arm, the wrist attached and... not removable. Xion's pretty enamored by this, playing with various things that she's sure should come off, but they don't. Not her toes, not her hands, not her fingers...

It's totally weird! She should be a lot more mechanical than this.

On her way back to her apartment:

Dinner! Everybody likes to eat, right? Right. So Xion has done a few groceries, not a lot! But maybe enough for a few people, should they manage to weasel their way into her apartment as well! It's only polite to offer guests food after all, right?

[AUGH. Maybe they switched bodies or something! Because Xion is like 99.99% sure that its her feet that are supposed to do that, not this other girls!]

Sorry about that... I guess it's pretty weird to watch something like that happen, huh?

[Nano sits down on the floor, carefully removing her other sock and clicking the USB drive back into place.]

Maybe the connection is loose or something...

[She frowns, slowly flexing the toe back and forth.]

Oh! Yours are supposed to do this too, right...? I wasn't really sure before, but it looked like it.

Yeah... They're supposed too, but they don't for some reason. It's really strange.

[This is totally a weird conversation. One she can't even believe she's having.]

That is strange. Mine come off even when I don't want them to sometimes. Do you want me to try?

.... Do you think it'd work?

[Nano shrugs, peering over at Xion's foot.]

I'm not sure. It might be worth a try, though. Maybe there's some kind of trick to the way yours were made.

[Because heck, it'd hardly be the weirdest robot feature Nano's ever run into.]

Do you think it might be one of the squeeze to unlock kinda ones?

[Wiggling her toes.]

Yeah, it might be something like that. So that they don't just fall off all the time. You might be a more advanced model than I was!

[Nano reaches out, gently grasping Xion's second toe between her thumb and forefinger and squeezing at it from both sides.]

There should be a click or something...

[She tries it a few more times in several places from the base to the tip. Hopefully Xion's not ticklish or anything.]

[She's...

Totally ticklish. But at least she can hold back her giggles rather well. The twitching of her toes as she tries not to jerk away is something else entirely, though.]

[Nano laughs a little too, despite herself.]

Hahaha... hold still!

[Okay, she might actually just be tickling Xion a little to try to lighten the strange mood just a bit - lightly tugging and gently rolling her toes from side to side trying to get them to detach properly.]

[REIGN THAT TICKLING IN, XION. IGNORE IT IGNORE IT--

nope.

She bursts out laughing really hard, jerking her foot away finally.]

I- It tickles way too much!

[Nano laughs, smiling a little guilty smile as she scratches her cheek.]

Sorry, sorry! I guess they really don't work like mine, though.

[Shifting to glance down at her own foot, she taps her chin in thought.]

I don't think you should worry about it, though. Maybe you just haven't figured out what your attachments are yet. Most of mine just... happen, and that's the first time I know they're even there in the first place.

[Though now that they're both like this, Nano can at least scoot over and stretch her leg out to compare their sizes.]

Looks like yours are a little bigger.

[Xion nods. That makes sense, she thinks. But she's still fairly positive her toes are indeed supposed to detach. When Nano speaks up about the size of her legs, however, she finds herself nodding in agreement.]

They are. Do you think the boots will still fit right? Well, I guess that even if they don't fit there'll still be some room left over in it. That's not too bad.

Well, there's only one way to find out, right?

[Nano reaches over to take one of the boots, pulling it on slowly. Leaning over, she wiggles her big toe, pressing down on the leather on the outside of the shoe.]

I think this will work if I wear thick enough socks. And you can probably wear my sandals... they're made to have a little extra room for comfort.

[Smiling, she slips on the other boot to give them a try walking around the room as she goes over to retrieve a pair of wooden sandals like the ones she's wearing in this picture.]

If you want to change, you can use this room and just leave the coat in here if you like.

[Xion nods, looking around the room.]

Alright. I'll get changed now then, okay? I'll be quick, I promise.

[Of course, she'll wait for Nano to clear out before taking off her coat and pants, grabbing clothes she thinks would work best on her. Which is... pretty much all of the ones offered.

When she's finished, she's most certainly wearing Nano's most commonly used match, and she calls out when she's done. The clothes fit great on her, and she's really thankful for the help.]

I'm done. Everything fits.

[By the time Xion gets back into the room, Nano's still holding the coat in one arm, awkwardly reaching around to her back with the other to try to get at her key to no avail.]

I guess I'll have to see if I can get someone to take this out before I can try yours on, but the coat looks like it'll fit too.

[She looks just the slightest bit embarrassed about it. Also, what the heck Nano, that key seriously just comes out and doesn't do anything at all?]

I'm glad they fit you, though. It looks good.

Oh, did you want me to maybe take it out for you? So you can try it on?

[It's kinda weird, but she can totally do that!]

Could you? It should come right out if you pull hard enough.

[Nano walks over a few steps before turning around for Xion.]

Okay, got it!

[She grasps the key and pulls. Hard.

Hope Nano has good footing.]

Uwaaaah!

[Nano may have gotten swordsmanship and basic magical knowledge from Xion, but what she didn't get was grace or balance. Letting out a surprised yelp, she flails her arms, stumbling backward.]

[Xion's arms quickly move to steady Nano, not wanting her to fall. Thankfully she still has her sense of balance, so she can also avoid getting smacked by the key in the process.]

Careful!

[With Xion's help, Nano is able to steady herself, letting out a relieved breath as she stands up straight again. The slight heel on these boots is going to take a little getting used to.]

Whew... thanks. But it came out, right?

[Smiling, she glances behind her to check, looking pretty pleased with things.]

I'll just try the coat on over my clothes. It looks like it drapes enough to get an idea of how it'll fit.

[Unfolding it, Nano tries it on, zipping it up in the front and holding her arms out wide as she turns from side to side.]
