[After a few more moments of laughing, Nano's face goes white with surprise.]

[And suddenly, Lucas may feel a little better (physically, at least) as Mediarama takes effect. Even as Janguli hovers behind, Aoi rushes ahead to attack the creature head on with the blade of her naginata.

Her voice is somewhat breathless when she speaks to Lucas - it sounds like she ran to get here.]

It's a little difficult to explain... Up until now I thought everything was normal, and that powers and that sort of thing didn't exist. But recently, demons have been appearing around the city and killing people, and my friends and I have been fighting them off with the powers we gained during an encounter with one.

[...And once again, that came out in far more detail than expected.]

This... is a little hard to get used to, isn't it?

"Yeah. So, um...killing people, huh. I'm not entirely certain how to react to that, frankly - I'm still slightly traumatized from the time a madman tried to murder me."

Waaaaay too much detail, yes. Kotoha turns toward where the mummy zombies were and picks up a semi-circular piece of metal.

"Changing the topic, those things dropped a bunch of these medals, huh. They look nice, I wonder if they could be made into charm bracelets or something?"

He shrugged a bit. "Believe me when I say that it was a good thing that I let people pact with demons at home. The alternative would be them having to fight powerful demons on their own."

[Tsukasa goes about his daily business, mostly oblivious to what's going on. He's usually looking for food or trying to find art supplies.]

[At night, though, he can easily be found around the more demon-infested areas. He doesn't seem to be worried by the volume of creatures around him - he's taking most of them on with ease.]

[... Except when they're resistant to his elements. Then he runs.]

[Ushiro can mostly be found at school during the week - like people being stupid is going to stop him from getting good grades.]

[A problem comes up during the week though - he's walking in Virgo ward, and stops to look at some balloons. The stall owner laughs a little.]

'You wanna get one, kid? Or one for your sister, maybe?'

[Ushiro stares at the man, expression falling.]

My sister's dead. So no.

[... He hadn't meant to say that. Cue Ushiro attempting to walk away quickly, not noticing who or what he's bumping into.]

Desco considers this.

"Oh, it's the other kind of reincarnation."

A slight pause as she sits up on Usatako and stares at Naoya.

"If Desco ever encounters whatever cursed you, Mister, she will make sure to tear it to shreds for violating the proper function of the afterlife!"

[Lucas is indeed significantly restored, though the adrenaline was such that he had barely felt the injuries before. Lucas backs up a few steps as he hears someone approaching; he casts a glance towards Aoi.]

...I'm OK. ...Thanks.

[...It was a little awkward beating out his frustrations with company, but... He needs a breather, anyway. Lucas watches as Aoi strikes the Legion with her weapon - he holds up a hand as she attacks, and instantaneously, she may feel her strength increasing.]

She draws herself up, looking very proud of herself.

"Desco helped destroy it and save the Earth, which makes her amazing and stronger than God!"
