Link shifted his shield on his back, as he looked up at the mountain. It didn't really look like much of a mountain anymore, with blood and stone and gears and metal. Still, even with a little bit of nervousness, he would push forward.

Near the edges of the city - because that's what it was, a city now, not a mountain - a blue light and a blue pile of ooze headed towards him. Link raised his sword, and then remembered that he was supposed to be training Epona. Right.

He took a more defensive stance, and yelled as a blue glow surrounded him.

"Hiyaaa!"

Epona appeared, stomping the ground as large rocks shot up from the ground to hit the demons. This was enough for them, and they dissolved. As Epona disappeared again, Link pressed further into the ward. This would take a while to fully explore…

Link blinked as he found someone else wandering the corridors of the city.

"Ah, are you okay?" The last thing he wanted was for someone to be hurt here.

"I am unharmed. Thank you, but all I am at the moment is lost." Although it was bound to be only a matter of time until they were attacked.

"If you want to stick with me, I can help protect you!" He can be a knight like the other him! The really cool kind of knight, not the lame guard kind.

"Then let's go."

Straight, simple, and she is taking him up on that offer, to their mutual benefit.

He smiles, and pulls out his sword. He can protect people! Hopefully they won't run into a lot of enemies.

As luck would have it, a pack of Shadows decided to spring an ambush the exact moment they got onto a wider street. While many would consider them twisted, misshapen forms, things that look like they shouldn't be alive, there were enough monsters she'd seen that were rather unconventional.

Link's seen a lot of monsters too, which is why he just rushes forward, slicing at a Shadow with his sword. His strikes are quick and precise, and he ducks out of the way of one of their limbs.

Torahime is equally quick with her bow, often shooting multiple arrows at once. It's not easy for her to avoid attacks like this on foot, especially not with her robes, but if you can stop the enemy before they get to you...

He spots one heading towards her, and pulls out his own arrows, shooting it and freezing it into an ice block, before returning to the one he's working on.
