link, he come to town;
Who: Link (Ocarina of Time) and you!
Where: Gemini Ward
Summary: Link's ready to go do some serious training with his Persona during the 13th hour.
Warnings: Violence, heroic stupidity, horses.
Link shifted his shield on his back, as he looked up at the mountain. It didn't really look like much of a mountain anymore, with blood and stone and gears and metal. Still, even with a little bit of nervousness, he would push forward.
Near the edges of the city - because that's what it was, a city now, not a mountain - a blue light and a blue pile of ooze headed towards him. Link raised his sword, and then remembered that he was supposed to be training Epona. Right.
He took a more defensive stance, and yelled as a blue glow surrounded him.
"Hiyaaa!"
Epona appeared, stomping the ground as large rocks shot up from the ground to hit the demons. This was enough for them, and they dissolved. As Epona disappeared again, Link pressed further into the ward. This would take a while to fully explore…

With his hands in his coat pockets and a tartan scarf pulled up around his mouth and nose, the angel was therefore on a nice walk in the night air, avoiding lurking monsters whenever he could.
Which is, of course, when he came upon the Gemini district... and true enough to its name, this place was certainly two-faced. His eyes grow wide as he stares up at the twisting intricate clockwork of the city-that-had-once-been-a-mountain... What on earth was this place?
His thoughts are cut short by the sounds of a person crying out what sounded to be a battle cry, followed by the stomping gallop of a horse. Aziraphale moves along quickly, in time to spot Epona smashing through a legion of demons. The horse fading away and leaving behind its owner took him by surprise. A Persona, then? What was this guy doing?? This place was clearly crawling with monsters--
"Pardon me!!" The angel is running up the side of the mountain to catch up with Link. "Excuse me, I realize it isn't any of my business, but, why are you travelling up into there all by yourself?? It's dangerous!"
no subject
"Ah? I've been to lots of dangerous places by myself. I'm all right. See?" He holds up his shield and draws the Master Sword, which glows slightly with holy power. It's a Thing.

"What if you're badly injured and trapped someplace where no one can find you? You could get yourself killed..."
no subject
"I set up Farore's Wind. I can always just teleport out." Probably. If something didn't mess it up.

The angel pushes some hair from his face and sighs with exasperation. "Would you like a companion? I should be able to tell you where these monsters generally are in the vicinity with my own Persona." Would you like a Support User in your party, Link?
no subject
"Thank you."

He honestly didn't think he'd be pulling this thing out again any time soon. Reaching inside his coat, he pulls out an old looking metal sword as if from nowhere, one that's certainly seen a good several thousand years of war and menace if its battered appearance was anything to go by. Still, the edges were rather sharp. But besides that... With a moment of focus, the sword suddenly caught fire. Aziraphale holds the sword by his side with a practiced stance.
"I'm ready... lead the way."
You're welcome.
He doesn't know a whole lot about swords, but it does look pretty old. The fire catches him by surprise, and he takes a step back, before putting his sword away and drawing his bow. He can get some of the arrows back after he shoots, and he needs target practice, anyway. If need be he can switch back to the Master Sword.
Just don't mind the fact that the arrows in his quiver seem to be glistening with frost.
He steps forward, heading further down the path.

Aziraphale doesn't really notice the frost on his arrows... he's seen weirder things in this place so far, after all, and that wasn't really what was catching his eye so much as the very... evil looking city they were making their way into. The angel cautiously follows him, gripping his sword firmly.

It was far more hostile at night, and she knew it, but for the landscape to change so dramatically on her was not a thing she was used to yet. Furthermore, she also seemed to be lost among a number of dead-end alleyways.
It was a good thing she had prepared for battle this night, and counted herself blessed that she now came across someone else... or rather, that someone else had come across her.

"Ah, are you okay?" The last thing he wanted was for someone to be hurt here.

Straight, simple, and she is taking him up on that offer, to their mutual benefit.

Misery has never been good at telling people apart.

They need to get nametags or something - wait they have the same name, that won't work.

So the answer is yes.

"I assure you that won't be the case." She summons a card with her skill and, shattering it, reveals a large, tentacled brain. "Omoikane! You'd better be less of a disappointment this time, or else I think a trade will be in order the next time the Velvet room opens, you hear?" she barks at it.
Omoikane looks rather annoyed.

He summons Epona to his side without a battle cry this time, just slashing the sword and letting her appear next to him. She nickers quietly, pawing the ground a little.
