Summary: Shura tries to go back to her apartment from the Hospital.

Fortunately, the trip between Caduceus Hospital and the Visitor's apartment building in Pisces was a short one. Wheelchair-bound as she was now, thanks to trying to fight her Shadow, Shura didn't think she could have taken the humiliation of a longer trip. In addition to that, Hinoto-Ri itself had not really been designed for people who couldn't run. Getting in and off the tram was a pain, not to mention that to access an elevator, she had had to get off at the main station in Pisces and wheel herself all the way back to the apartments. Just as her still weak arms had about fallen off, she found herself in front of the building, and the five concrete steps leading to the main entrance. Fuck, she had forgotten about that. She honestly felt like crying, right now.

Shura nodded. She wasn't proud of it, but yeah.

"To be fair, I hadn't planned on it. When she captured me I planned to accept her, I really did!"

"You got...captured."

It's not even a question, just a flat statement, like she can barely understand what's being said.

She frowns in concentration for a second as she processes something Shura said.

"Wait...accept?"

"Yeah? That Souji kid, he said you had to accept them and they'd go away?"

"Misfit stabbed mine in the leg with one of my poisoned knives, and while it was still paralyzed I devoured it."

Shura let out a small chuckle. "I knew there was a reason I like you."

Right, that clinches it. Sarah speaks before she's finished processing what she's saying.

"Move in with me."

Shura just... blinks.

And blinks again.

"... wha?"

Sarah looks startled at what she said for a brief moment before firming her resolve.

"Not permanently, just until you've fully recovered, I mean."

She starts rushing through an explanation.

"I have my own place outside here, and...I'd feel better if you were recovering somewhere you could get inside without assistance, okay? I'm not asking you to stay forever, just until you're better."

Shura just smiles through Sarah's explanation, her mind already made up. "If there's anyone I'd move in with in this world, it's you."

She reaches out to take Sarah's hand, blushing a bit.

Sarah smiles and gently squeezes Shura's hand.

"Okay then, let's get your stuff and then we can head over to Devil May Cry."

Shura let out a bark of laughter at that.

"Devil May Cry? Seriously???"

"...yes? That's what the sign says, anyway."

"Oh, I know," she says, snickering. "It's... I'll explain when we get moved. It's a long story."

Sarah smiles a little; at least she's happy.
