[Today, Nano can be found shopping around for discounted chocolate, marked down after Valentine's Day. She had already made and delivered plenty of obligation chocolate for her various friends in the days leading up to the love hotel event, so it's a little odd to see her out and about buying even more of the stuff. And a lot of it, too, from the looks of things. Her hand basket is almost overflowing with the stuff as she makes her way through the aisles, humming cheerfully to herself as the key in her back slowly turns of its own accord. And... is she blushing? And giggling to herself? Something is clearly afoot here, but at least so far, she hasn't mentioned it to anyone.]

Desco hugs Nano, burying her face into Nano's stomach.

"Thank you!"

Pulling away a little.

"Um...Sis can bring her boyfriend if she wants, even though Desco isn't sure she likes him...He was very rude to Desco!"

[HOW DOES SHE KNOW ALREADY]

"Hat Guy! He was very rude to Desco and said she shouldn't place her family members under electronic surveillance!"

And now she's fuming.

"What is even the point of a Little Sister that is not monitoring the every move of her family?"

N-no, Atsuro-san isn't my boyfriend! He turned me down before, and we're just friends...

[more concerned about that than the numerous other disturbing things about Desco's last remark]

Atsuro-san is a precious friend to me. He hurt my feelings, but that doesn't make him a bad person at all!

Desco sulks for a few seconds before accepting this.

"...fine, he can stay out of the salt mines."

Slight pause.

"So who are you gonna invite to the Ultra Parfait Party?"

Invite? I thought it was for the family.

"Desco said you could bring your boyfriend, and even if Hat Guy isn't your boyfriend she can't just rescind your right to a plus one!"

The feats of ocular gymnastics necessary to avoid Desco's gaze are practically Olympian in scope, and while Desco is willing to let things lie when it comes to her family she's not actually clueless.

"...wouldn't it be easier to just tell Desco directly instead of waiting for it to show up in her monthly surveillance report?"

She'll drop it if Nano really wants it dropped, of course, but since Nano is such a thoughtful sister she'll surely be fine with saving Desco some effort, right?

[Nano nervously shuffles back and forth, blushing as her key starts to spin.]

Desco's eyes light up as something occurs to her.

"Oh! Sis! Do you have an actual boyfriend now?!"

U-um! W-well... umm... we did k-k-kiss...

"EEEEEE!"

Desco is wiggling about happily, her tail a stubby blur. Have a hug, Sis.

[Nano hugs back, looking quite embarrassed.]
