Summary: Fumi's upset because Agatha Heterodyne is gone, so Kotoha has proposed a Girl's Day Out

Directly after last night's conversation, Kotoha sprung into action! It didn't take long to get everything set up for the next day, and now it is the next day, so she's turning up at Fumi's place at a reasonable hour, decked out in her preferred shopping outfit of jeans and a powder-blue blouse, with her hair pulled back in a braid.

It's probably for the best not to be instantly recognizable if you're planning on hitting one of the Visitor Merch shops, after all.

[And stuff is paid for! Fumi seems pleased with the dingbot watch, slipping it into the pocket of her coat.]

I may have to come back here again.

Nod nod.

"They've got some cool stuff!"

Slight pause.

"Okay, for the next stop, I'll provide the transportation, 'kay?"

And out comes Solar Logos.

That's fair.

[Fumi follows Kotoha up onto the volcano moth's back.]

Where is the next stop, as a matter of curiosity?

"Solar Logos, Plan Nine!"

And it is only after the moth has taken off that Kotoha answers the question.

"I got us bookings at a spa!"

...A spa?

[There is a brief moment when Fumi considers jumping off the back of Solar Logos, summoning Fenghuang to catch her in midair, and noping off into the sunset, but she restrains herself.]

I've... never actually been to one of those.

"Neither have I, but you like jacuzzis, right? So we'll have a nice long soak and then cute attendants will give us massages."

Pause.

"I wasn't really sure what the rest of the stuff they offered actually was so I just went with the basic package."

I do enjoy a nice hot soak, but cute attendants sounds more like something you'd be interested in.

[...Pause.]

What exactly is the basic package? If it goes beyond foot massages, I'm leaving.

[Because what is touching other humans, hisssssss.]

"A soak and a massage of your choice!"

Slight pause as Solar Logos banks; apparently they've arrived.

"You sure you don't at least want something for your shoulders or back?"

We'll... see.

[Chances are she'll melt right into it once it starts. Fumi gotta be Fumi.]

Kotoha merrily leads the way inside, walking right up to the counter.

"Hello! We should have an appointment - Lobelia, party of two?"

The receptionist checks, nods, and directs them to the hot tub.

The hot tub should be enjoyable, at least.

[Fumi's gotten used to that sort of thing recently, what with the Valentine's event and then hanging out with Kaguya once a week for the same. Fumi takes the complementary towel from the front desk, carrying it back with her to the changing room, where she begins unceremoniously stripping down.]

Kotoha follows suit, doing her very best not to stare at Fumi. She's successful at that, but it's very obvious what she's doing. It doesn't take her long to let her hair out of its braid and put on a very simple one piece pink swimsuit, by which time she's all ready.

[Fumi just sighs as she glances over at Kotoha, shaking her head but not particularly bothering to make it any easier on her. Her hair comes out of its usual short pigtails as well, and soon enough she's wearing a towel around her midsection.]

Ready when you are.

"Ah!"

Kotoha darts to her bag very quickly and takes out a thermos.

"Okay, ready!"

What's that for?

"It's Oran juice! I've been growing the berries since that trip back home."

[terminally_clever]

Hm... a taste of home while you relax?

[unbroken_chain]

"Yep! I hope you like it too."

[terminally_clever]

I suppose we'll find out, won't we.

[Fumi starts heading off toward the hot tub.]

Kotoha pads after Fumi, absently twirling a few locks of hair around her free hand as she does.

[And in Fumi goes first after dipping a toe in to test the water, eagerly sliding down in against the wall and removing the towel once she's down in far enough.]

Mmmmmm...

Kotoha slides in herself, a silly smile spreading over her face.

"Oh Arceus that's good."

Are there mineral salts in here?

[The water is a little cloudy, which is usually the effect of that sort of thing. It wouldn't surprise Fumi at all.]

"I think they mentioned that in the brochure, yeah. Didn't know it was included in the basic package, though."

Kotoha puts it out of her mind and grabs the thermos, unclipping both cups and filling them with a thick, blue juice before passing one over to Fumi.

"Cheers!"

[That's nice and neutral. Fumi does smile a little as she takes a small sip, though.]
