9TH, 11h30AM, REMAINS OF CITY HALL
At Q's Request, Visitors gather near the remains of town hall. The half destroyed stone structure stands with three walls to serve as office, along with one undamaged desk. The situation is dire and serious.

Q is standing looking at a map along with the mayor, his assistant, Isabelle, and the Commissioner General of the Hinoto-Ri Police Force. When they see Visitors arriving, they silently nod, waiting for the time to address them all. There's not much to do, but the place is in shambles, and people are moving all around.

Members of the police and MAGI are slowly carting away pieces of the barrier that had fallen down. Perhaps it would be possible to grab a small, chipped part of it when they aren't looking? Or maybe Visitors can conduct a search in the debris nearby on their own accord...that seems less like stealing.

Probably.

9TH-16TH, 13TH HOURS

The Mictlan stands defiant against the reddish moon. The monsters around have become more bold, waiting to attack Visitors as they watch the city rise at night. Thankfully a few police officers have been tasked to aid them in collecting the Plumes of Dusk.

"Are you in teams yet," Q asks, as members of MAGI around him carry containers that will be used to collect the gathered items. Isabelle serves as the mayor's representative, and to count them as Visitors come back from their temple runs. Q is making sure everyone is safe...in his own way.

"Don't go in there alone like fools! Make sure you're working at least with someone else. We'll be keeping tabs up here for safety precautions. As soon as you're ready, let's get to work!"

Keep in mind these few things:
▶ Mods as well as our creature mod will be keeping an eye on this post for temple interaction. If you want to deliberately encounter a creature before the mods surprise you with one, simply title of your last tag [ENCOUNTER REQUESTED] so we know!
▶ The full info for the temple is here
▶ You can start threads in any level you want, but keep in mind of what was in the previous levels. Don't start a character in perfect health in Lvl 6 if they are just a newbie persona user and by themselves!
▶ Characters can gather plumes of dusk and whatever else they find around here until the 16th.
▶ If there's a special section that the document says you need to contact a mod, plurk pixle so that we can get to you.
▶ We suggest going in numbers to increase chances of survival.

9th | Outside Mictlan | OTA

Flynn had arrived earlier than the meeting time. He listened to the briefing without the barest hint of emotion, and does not ask any questions. The youth is dressed simply, carrying only a plain sword as a weapon - though his seemingly foolish choice of equipment might be masking a power impressive enough to not need visible armour.

He isn't alone, though. A blonde girl in a blue dress mills around him, poking around at the surroundings without any regard for her own safety. Flynn doesn't intervene, simply watching her from a distance.

She comes up to you with an angelic, innocent smile - though her voice sounds a little... off, as if her words are echoing a little.

"Hey there! Are you gonna be joining the expedition too? You should go with me and my big bro, otherwise he'll be lonely - and things won't be as fun!"

[ ooc: feel free to join Flynn's party. Once two or three people reply, I'll make an exploration post starting at the second floor of Mictlan. The first floor sounds straightforward enough, so we can skip it methinks. If you want to skip ahead to the third floor instead, we can arrange that!

Though it should be noted that Flynn is very powerful - his magic stat is double that of even the Ancient of Days (an aspect of God) whom he managed to defeat, so he packs insane firepower. This should help in defeating the bosses.

Allelujah listened as well, Hallelujah not having too much to comment on. He was in his flight suit, helmet tucked under his arm for the moment. He blinked a little bit at the girl approaching him, though.

"... I am. Who's your big brother?"

Alice beams at him, turning and pointing towards the youth standing some distance away. He notices her and looks in their general direction, but doesn't say anything.

"This is my big brother Flynn! He takes care of me." She nods, emphasizing the statement. "But he doesn't talk a lot, so he gets boring sometimes."

He tilts his head, expression not changing. "Don't bother the gentleman."

"Ah." The person from before. He nods, and smiles a bit.

"I don't mind. It's all right." He holds out a hand to the girl for a handshake. "I'm Allelujah. What's your name?"

[adnihilum]

The girl takes his hand and shakes it, a little too energetically. "I"m Alice! Nice to meet you, mister!"

She tilts her head a little and flicks a loose strand of blonde hair away from her face. "Are you going to come with us to explore?"

[egotrigger]

"It's nice to meet you too. And... if both of you think it's all right." He looks up at Flynn, curious. He doesn't want to make him uncomfortable.

[adnihilum]

Flynn nods, giving his silent approval.

Alice tilts her head a little. "Big brother has some other friends too! They live in his Gauntlet. He'll call them if we need help. The more the merrier, right?"

[egotrigger]

"Gauntlet? I'm guessing you don't just mean a piece of armor."

Then again, maybe there are some gauntlets that things can live in. Other worlds are weird.

[adnihilum]

Alice shakes her head, tapping her chin with a finger. "Nope, it's not armour! It's a device that he wears on his arm. Though those friends of ours are kind of boring, too. They never say anything, and won't play with me! They just do what big brother asks them to."

[egotrigger]

"I'm sorry. What sort of games do you like to play?"

As long as they weren't like Ruana's games, maybe indulging her wouldn't be so bad.

[adnihilum]

The demon tilts her head a little. "Don't be sorry! It's not your fault anyway." Pause. "Ehh, I like to go demon hunting with big brother! He says it's good exercise, and gives me stuff to do. Though he says I must only hurt other demons, and only wild ones, too."

"And sometimes I join the human kids in their games. But I always catch them, so it gets boring too."

[egotrigger]

"Still, it sounds a little lonely." At the comments, he nods a bit. "It helps other people, though. So it's good both for you and them. But maybe some time I could play with you. I might be a little better competition than some of the human kids."

[adnihilum]

Flynn raised an eyebrow from where he was watching the two, and cut in before Alice could reply. "You're an interesting person."

He then goes back to checking his Gauntlet. Alice sticks her tongue out at him for a moment before she continues speaking. "Hm, that's great! You can come with us when we go demon hunting sometime. Most human kids don't do that much."

"I don't really like human kid games, though. Everyone's just running around and nothing happens." She pouts a little.

He just smiles at Flynn, a little sheepish. "Thanks?"

He turns his attention back to Alice, and nods. "I have a... a brother." It's not entirely true, but it's the best way to explain it to a child. Probably. "I think the two of you would get along. He likes playing those sorts of games, too. As long as I can get him to be nice about it."

[adnihilum]

Alice watches him, interested. "Ooooh. He sounds like an interesting guy to talk to! Can you introduce me to him sometime?" She seems quite enthusiastic about it.

Flynn isn't sure if Allelujah has realized that Alice is a demon. If that was the case, the other is taking it quite well. Most curious.

[egotrigger]

"Sure. But when things are a little more calm, okay?" He smiles at her brightly. They have work to do first. And after being in the Tower for a while there's not much that can surprise him. There were a good number of non-humans there, too.

"Alright!" Alice chirps cheerfully. She's already taken a shine to Allelujah, it seems.

Flynn cuts in again before she continues, looking up from his Gauntlet.

"We should go now. You are coming with us, yes?"

Allelujah looks up and nods. "That's probably wise. We need to figure out what's going on."

Flynn nods as well. "Let us hence. Come, Alice."

The girl pouts a little, but quickly regained her smile. "Okay, big brother! I'm ready!"

Flynn motions to Allelujah to follow, then began ascending the steps towards Mictlan.
