In which Ferrus decides that Scorpios suck.

Who: Ferrus and YOU! Or anyone. Or scorpions. He's going to cry.
Where: Anywhere! He's on the prowl.
Summary: Ferrus dislikes scorpions, but he's caught wind of people being unable to leave buildings. He's sort of on an extermination mission.
Warnings: Mass scorpion murder?
Ferrus did not like scorpions. He did not like scorpions one bit.

These scorpions got in the way, attacked people, and kept people stuck in buildings. That was why he'd picked up his guns and gone exterminating. Given, he didn't have a persona, but he had determination! That's good enough, right?

In any case, if your character's trapped in a building, Ferrus will most certainly cut a path for you. Alternatively, you can catch him when he's heading out of the apartment or even join in the fight on the streets. Up to you, in this one!

Yeah, the air did give people an advantage. That was why Rune suddenly switched tactics; she flicked the switches on her guns again, before jumping up in the air. What followed was a massive spray of gun fire that enveloped a wide area with her energy slugs before she landed on the ground again.

"Take that, you... you buggy jerks!"

That attack gave Ferrus the needed leverage to get the hell out of dodge - by the time Rune hit the ground, Ferrus was properly on the ground and reloaded. He knew his Potentia Coil was almost on empty - he wasn't about to risk losing his electrical zaps for the 12 hours it took to recharge.

...Still, that attack was impressive.

"...Nice." He offered, albeit it wasn't exactly sure if he was complementing her line or her pistolwork. Swapping guns to his bolter, he checked to be sure it wasn't about to jam and explode in his face, and then took aim at some scorpions.

Explosive rounds that could leave little dents in pavement were awesome.

Rune grinned, pushing the switch over again.

"Not bad yourself, Ferrus," she replied, taking aim as her guns charged up. "Get ready... now!"

When she fired, a miniature tornado came out instead, swirling about and lifting a number of the scorpions in the air. Ready to shoot some fish in a barrel, Ferrus?

Ferrus, were his face visible, might have smiled. "Thanks." He offers - the one thing he's secure in is his gun proficiency. Compliments in that direction won't get into his heart, but they're good feelgoods.

In any case, that tornado surprises him, but not long enough for it to matter. He swaps guns - automatics, now - and takes aim.

The one thing Ferrus is good at is aiming with dual pistols. Thus, it's not hard to say that he shoots just about all of the scorpions trapped in the tornado - missing once or twice because of the wind, of course, but he adapts quickly. Bullets are his bffs, after all.

Rune let out a breath, flopping over onto the ground.

"Geeze... what a night..."
