Who: The Strings KH Contingent
Where: Pisces Apartments, floor five common area
Summary: Roxas (and Terra) brought home a stray, is he responsible enough to feed and care for an amnesiac destined to bring the worlds to ruin?
Warnings: Spoilers maybe, but that's it
It was hard to stay unconscious when being jostled around, but all he really got from it were flashes of movement, scenes that didn't stay fixed in his mind long enough to really register where they were from. The sensation of being carried was strange, and he gripped on slightly at the odd feeling.
Where... where...
A big building loomed up out of nowhere. More movements, bumping. The feeling of upward motion... pressing down on him. Closed his eyes... voluntarily, at least. It was hard to keep them open.
Faces. Other people. Voices. Probably talking about him. Something soft, and he finally was still. Soft all around. He curled up slightly, attempting to burrow away in it, letting his mind ease.
Safety. Unconsciousness was all too quick. His body relaxed into the grip of slumber.

CONVERSING WITH THE AMNESIADERP, GO~
"Hey... are you alright?"
no subject
"I think I'm just tired... I feel less out of it, if nothing else."
no subject
"I'm glad. You had us worried, you know?" If there was a hint of teasing, it's drowned out by concern.
no subject
"So you know me?"
no subject
"We met once. At least, we did in my time. This place is... strange, calling us from different points in time and space." Better to stick with the truth. "But that doesn't mean much with us. My friends and I are the kind of people who care about anyone we come across."
Except Vanitas, Maleficent, and Pete. They are basically the exceptions to the rule.
"...You don't remember?"
no subject
Nothing, simply nothing.
He rubbed his face, peeking out at her over the tips of his fingers as though somehow that would make her more familiar.
"I... simply do not remember anything before this place. Just... a strange dream and then... the street." He swallowed shallowly, eyes lowering to gaze at the edge of the blanket he was clutching tightly. "I'm sorry."
no subject
It wasn't his fault, at least consciously. She offers a faint, kind smile. "I'm Aqua."
What isn't asked aloud is, at least, implied. 'Do you remember your name?'
no subject
That much he could do, though... talking with the other girl - Xion - had shaken that much loose. "I'm Xehanort," he replied with a pleased smile. Remembering one thing was a victory in and of itself.
no subject
"It's nice to meet you, Xehanort," At least she could be kind about it. "Though, I should probably warn you... Some people may not react well to your name because of someone far more old than us."
Just like a certain old warrior had with not just her magic, but the Persona ability altogether.

the guy in Terra's heartyour dead Master, Aqua. "Though...most weren't willing to tell me. Even where I was before the dream we all have prior to waking up in the streets."no subject

In other words, you
have been adoptedhave an older/younger sister now. Wat do.no subject
"You didn't know me before, then?"
no subject
Which was true, and if she'd heard that thought then Aqua wouldn't be surprised, considering the fact that he hadn't seen her in action (when he could remember) just yet. Still, for now? He could probably use somewhere to rest that wasn't such a public place.
"My apartment is a few floors higher, if you'd like somewhere more private to rest for the night. The people at City Hall will want to talk to you like they do for everyone when they first arrive."
But considering how he was right now, it would likely be a bad idea for him to go now. Aqua wouldn't want him to become overloaded like...

The idea of somewhere quiet was nice though... the buzz of voices and activity around him was getting a bit draining. He did need some proper sleep at some point, though napping on the couch was nice enough. Thinking about it made him sleepy, and he managed to stifle a yawn. "That's very kind of you to offer... thank you."
no subject
That was something else she'd likely have to explain once he slept. Oh joy. "It's no problem."
Aw, someone sounded tired.
no subject
"You said that you and these people take in the lost... who exactly are you?"
no subject
"I guess you could say I'm a guardian of those who lost their way."
A Guardian of Light; the lone beacon in the darkness.
no subject
"Lead on, guardian. Show the way, then."
and now that I am on a computer that isn't blue-screening...
Yet she did... and nothing happened. She still smiled as she led the way. Maybe a little silent, before asking one thing.
"Is there anything you'd like to know... about this place?"
Small talk; she could handle it.
yaaay
He thought for a while about that, mulling things over. There was much to know about this place, wherever it was, but...
"There will be plenty of time to learn about this place. Tell me more about the other people, the ones who found me, the ones in that room."
