Who: Al Saiduq (NPC version), generic NPC civilians, and you!
Where: Libra Ward, anywhere within it.
Summary: There still seems to be some civil unrest in Hinoto-Ri. You may want to help that floating albino guy deal with it...
Warnings: Possible discussions of the Anoli attack, NPCs being NPCs.
Saiduq was not one who...walked. He could do the motion like most other humanoid-beings, but it felt awkward and unnatural to one who was not beholden to gravity. If he wanted to go from point A to point B, he teleported, or flew. That was it. Even Hinoto-Ri hadn't given him a need to alter that pattern.
Apparently that had drawn the ire of a few people, however, given he'd been all but dragged in to an anti-Guests conversation. And yet, despite the nature of the conversation, he didn't seem aware that his hovering and curious, neutral speaking tone were just irritating the citizens even more. If anything, he just seemed to grow even more confused as the civilians grew more aggravated. Dare you get involved?
((If you tag in, we'll set up the overheard conversations. So, please wait for both the NPC and this account to tag before responding!))

"None of these things are born from requests we have made." He was trying to sound placating, but his natural monotone was working against him. "I do not require housing or food, and gave up my resources due to this."

She hadn't been meaning to speak, but the words seem to come unbidden.
"He's right," she said, loudly enough to be heard, her good hand clenching tight into a fist, "We didn't ask for any of this. We didn't ask to be chosen to come here, or be given what we were." By the government or by Philemon. "We never asked for any of that!"
She hadn't asked to exist, with all the problems her life had caused. But here she was, and if there was one thing she had learned at the very least, it was that disappearing didn't help anyone.

"I respect your feelings on many of the things you have spoke of. However, you will not call anyone freaks."
Probably not a good time for the star to have a backbone, all told, but he was standing his ground (metaphorically) on that point.

"I don't want to leave. And it's not because I'm given anything. I'm used to taking care of myself and my friends," she thought briefly of Roxas and Axel, both back home, then pressed on, hoping they'd let her finish, "I'm here because I'm supposed to help protect this w- this city, and I don't want to leave until I know for sure that it's safe."
Maybe they were content with the idea of sending the Visitors home and hoping for the best, but if something happened and she could have helped prevent it or mitigate it by being here... she may never know, if she forgot upon going home, but it felt wrong, and she felt guilty even considering the idea.

"Who asked you to help us? We certainly didn't! We have our own police and defenders, and we were doing just fine before you lot turned up! What happened when you first came here? Fucking scorpion monsters, and the Anoli attack... you just bring misfortune with you!"

His eyes narrowed, and he fixated specifically on the ringleader.
"So, why do you wish to divide us?"
