Summary: Work, chores, battle. The routine of many in Hinoto-Ri. Naoya's starting to get sick of it, though.

[Cancer Ward - Morning]

[Naoya looks a bit frazzled as he makes his way down the streets of the electronics ward. He doesnt want to go to work. He hates these people - they're stupid and shouldn't even be trusted with a computer. Then they come crying to him to fix their things. The only reason he's even doing this anymore is to save up to buy more components for his computer.]

[He still has time before he has to go in. Mabye he'll find someone while he's browsing parts shops?]



[Virgo Ward - Afternoon]

[And the other reason he's been saving up. He buys some more ammo from the counter in the supermarket, and turns to browse the shelves for more things to buy for food. He's already got pancake mix and powdered sugar in his cart, and he heads into the dairy aisle to look for butter and milk.]

[Sweet-tooth breakfasts are serious business, okay.]



[Sagittarius Ward - 13th Hour]

[He knows he needs to train up Coyote more. Which is why Naoya has him out as they prowl down the streets together. The weaker monsters that cross their path are set upon by Coyote, and Naoya shoots a few himself. The loot disappears into his pockets, and he doesn't really look too concerned.]

[Hopefully he'll find a better challenge soon, whether it be a bigger monsters or maybe another Visitor. He's not opposed to unofficial duels, after all.]

[Kazuya's gaze drops to the gun holster briefly before he strides over to Naoya, Samyaza following him]

I didn't know you used guns.

Normally, I don't. But I was given one when I first got here, and it's come in handy. Sometimes it's simply easier to take things out yourself.

What about, you know, COMP magic?

[Kazuya wriggled his fingers as if casting a spell, glancing at his cousin with a raised eyebrow]

Seem to remember you having some good magic up those massive sleeves of yours.

I do. But sometimes I run out of magic. And... heh. I haven't been able to use Megidolaon here at all.

[Which is insanely frustrating. He's going to have to see if he can talk to one of the Velvet Room people to see if they have a clue.]

You can't? How come? I can use it... although not through my COMP.

[Kazuya cheated by using his Demon King powers for that, even if it exhausted him very quickly]

If I knew that then I would have already fixed it.

[Kazuya tried to think on it, but he didn't know where to begin with that problem - so he just brushed it aside in favour of something else]

So how've you been? Last I saw you you were drinking it up at D's sex club thing.

Tch. Fine, if you call being stuck in a dead-end job 'fine'. It's been a pain trying to get anything properly challenging for me here.

Challenging? Mm, guessing you can't start up your freelancing programming duties like back home?

[He didn't know if the network didn't function like the internet, or, something, but surely some people would want certain things programmed, right? Then again, all Kazuya knew about programming was 'you bash at keyboard and magical things happened'.]

There doesn't seem to be as much demand for it. I need to find work soon, though, or I'll be so bored I'll start putting stupid image macros around the government's servers.

And I refuse to make image macros, they're way beneath me.

Yeah, but, what can you do? A... God summoning programme - oh, that would be pretty useful, actually...

[Since God liked holing Himself up in His fortress and solitude, and not letting Himself get killed like a good God.]

If I could summon God for beatdowns I would be doing that already. I'm bored, and there's not much for me to do. Figure out more about the Persona thing and the Velvet Room, I suppose... I guess I could work on making a database for the monsters here, too.
