Who: Naoya and open.
Where: Cancer Ward, Virgo Ward, Sagittarius Ward
Summary: Work, chores, battle. The routine of many in Hinoto-Ri. Naoya's starting to get sick of it, though.

[Cancer Ward - Morning]

[Naoya looks a bit frazzled as he makes his way down the streets of the electronics ward. He doesnt want to go to work. He hates these people - they're stupid and shouldn't even be trusted with a computer. Then they come crying to him to fix their things. The only reason he's even doing this anymore is to save up to buy more components for his computer.]

[He still has time before he has to go in. Mabye he'll find someone while he's browsing parts shops?]



[Virgo Ward - Afternoon]

[And the other reason he's been saving up. He buys some more ammo from the counter in the supermarket, and turns to browse the shelves for more things to buy for food. He's already got pancake mix and powdered sugar in his cart, and he heads into the dairy aisle to look for butter and milk.]

[Sweet-tooth breakfasts are serious business, okay.]



[Sagittarius Ward - 13th Hour]

[He knows he needs to train up Coyote more. Which is why Naoya has him out as they prowl down the streets together. The weaker monsters that cross their path are set upon by Coyote, and Naoya shoots a few himself. The loot disappears into his pockets, and he doesn't really look too concerned.]

[Hopefully he'll find a better challenge soon, whether it be a bigger monsters or maybe another Visitor. He's not opposed to unofficial duels, after all.]

I do. Sometimes it's quicker to just do it yourself, though.

Is summoning really so inconvenient in comparison, though? It looked pretty handy to me.

Not particularly, but there's a delay. And you can't summon them when they've been incapacitated, either.

Monsters that can incapacitate demons, though... Is it really wise to try picking a fight with them with only a gun? You might as well just rely on your Persona at that point.

My Persona is not really meant for fights, it's meant for information. I have another Persona, but it's not as strong... mm. I may switch her out soon.

You didn't get a stronger attack-based Persona from the start to make up for your original one?

[That's the most logical course of action, right? To try to cover all your bases with your Personas? Then again, he'd needed a Velvet Room Persona that would be able to serve well enough by itself.]

I did, but her attacks aren't as strong as I'd like.

Ouch. Well, at least there's a lot to choose from?

There is that benefit, yes. They also seem to be increasing in number over time.

Maybe by spending time here, we're unlocking more Persona options?

[It's okay he's taunted people about getting a game over before.]

And the more demons we beat up at night, the more points we earn towards our grand total-!

...Or something like that, right?

At the very least, the more experience you get.

And then we can level up for the next boss fight!
