Where: Otoha's apartment
Summary: It's Otoha's birthday, and Desco has decided to surprise him with a party! THIS CANNOT POSSIBLY GO WRONG

Desco, being incredibly enterprising when it comes to finding out things she...probably shouldn't know, has discovered a quite salient fact: Today is Uncle Otoha's birthday!

Obviously this means she must break into his apartment while he's gone and throw him a surprise party. He'll...probably have to replace that window.

At least he still has a door.

Meanwhile: Desco has just finished decorating the apartment for a party! It is very much the kind of party decorations that seven year-old girl would think up. Desco has also shelled out her stockpiled government stipend to get a chocolate cake and several cones of cotton candy.

Now that she's done, she's just sitting in direct view of the door, her tail wagging furiously as she waits for Uncle Otoha to come home.

It took some coercing, but Johnny could sometimes get Otoha to go shopping with him (as he should since most of the food Johnny bought and made was for the man anyway.)

Of course, this meant he got to treat Otoha like the ~~boyfriend~~ pack-mule he was and leave as many of the bags on him as the vampire could get away with. This also meant Johnny could go first and knew Desco was there from her scent once he'd stepped into the hallway.

A smirk crossed his face as he poked his head into the room. Not bad. He winked at Desco and moved out of the doorway to head into the kitchen, calling back to Otoha as he went. "Yo, Otoha, hurry up, hmm? You're taking forever~"
