Who: Yuri Nakamura and you!
Where: Anywhere in the shopping district.
Summary: Yuri decides that she needs to get some new clothes, stat. Also, because of the Taurus event, things may be going down.
Warnings: Possible violence and verbal abuse. If anything more specific occurs, I’ll edit.
Note: Even though I’m starting with prose, I’m game for action spam replies.

Yuri was tired of wearing uniforms.

Even though she was fine with wearing it in the afterlife, she knew that this and that were two completely different things. She was alive now, and she had to go by the standards that she had when she was alive. Besides, it was high time that she did some shopping. Not only for herself, but for the rest of the SSS members too.

Mostly for punishments, if anything.

Which is why she decided to head towards the shopping district to go buy some cute outfits. Read as: the reason why she had decided to not bring any of the boys with her. Only a person such as Kanade would enjoy. Or any of the other girls she knew.

But the only people around her were idiots or boys. And they wouldn’t be helpful in this sort of place at all.

With a sigh, she continued to walk, hoping that nobody was following her. If only she knew what would happen next.

Noda may not have known what Yuri was doing, but that didn't mean he'd be wandering around the city on his own. He definitely had no clue what Yuri was planning as he noticed her walking town the street. Who wouldn't notice her from a mile away? Certainly not Noda ~~when he's not too distracted with his own thoughts and swinging his halberd around like crazy~~.

So when he noticed her, it was only natural that he would call out to her.

"Yurippe! Are you looking for something?"

Abort, abort, abort.

Of course, Yuri's just going to give her hair a flip and force a smile at Noda, if only because she knew that this was bound to happen sooner or later. But there's no way that she's going to reveal her true objective to an idiot.

"Not really. Unless you'd like to go shopping for baby clothes with me."

Because she needs to buy some penalty outfits too, after all.

Did she say baby clothes? Noda freezes in place, staring at Yuri with a shocked look.

"Y..." So shocked, that he's having trouble speaking.

"Y....You're having a baby?!?!?!?!"

And then Hinata, who'd been creeping around keeping an eye on his friends like he was known to do, walked up and draped an arm around Noda's shoulders.

"Ah... She didn't tell you? We're having a baby!" He knew she'd murder him, possibly literally, but he never missed an opportunity to screw with Noda.

Noda whipped his head to look at Hinata with a disbelief look on his face.

"WHAT?!" How did...When did... Noda started trembling in place for some time...

"I WON'T BELIEVE THIS!!!" Not knowing what else to do, he shoved Hinata's arm away and dashed away.

Way to ruin everything, Hinata.

But now Yuri's slightly flustered and pissed and honestly, someone's going to get hurt today. Because that was the dumbest thing that could have ever happened. Guess it's time to raise her voice first. She can always punish him later.

"What the hell was that for, you dumbass?!"

Hinata watched as Noda ran away, polishing his knuckles on his shirt. He was pretty proud of that one, honestly.

...But then he had to deal with the repercussions. Hi, Yuri.

"Eh? Oh, that." Noda was long gone, so he turned to her, grinning. "Been a while since he's run away crying like that, huh?"

That doesn't... explain why you were claiming paternity over Yuri's supposed baby, Hinata. Did he even hear what the conversation was about, or did he just walk over when Noda started screaming about her having a baby?

"Ahh... I'll go track him down soon." At least his practical jokes didn't fester and seriously hurt anyone, he made sure of that. "What're you up to?"

"Don't ignore my question."

Someone's being harsh today. But she's only doing it in kind, if only because she wants to know the reason why before she does something stupid to him. But whatever, she'll get the details from him later. Whether he likes it or not.

Even though she kind of has a gist of what it's about, she still wants to hear it straight from the horse's mouth. That horse being Hinata Hideki.

Giving her hair a flip, she speaks up, her tone even. "Like I told him, I was going shopping for some baby's clothes. Amongst other things." She's being vague on purpose.

Damn. He was hoping he wouldn't have to explain himself.

"You didn't think it was funny?" Hinata... that's probably the worst reason you could have given.

He slips his hands into his pockets, leaning against a nearby building lazily. "Ahh, that's what he was screaming about..." Referring to Noda, of course. "What do you need baby clothes for?"

"It wasn't funny at all."

She gets straight to the point easily, already disappointed at how low her comrades would go just to get a bad joke in. But that wasn't important at the moment. What was important was the fact that she would have to deal with Noda later and Hinata now.

Maybe she'll play a little bit.

With a sly grin on her lips, she shrugs at him, speaking in a nonchalant tone. "Oh, I don't know. Maybe I'm just buying baby clothes because I want to. Or maybe I'm actually pregnant with someone's child."

Otonashi and uniforms? Funny, that: Noda's Persona had made short work of his SSS jacket, shirt and tie ensemble. No, instead he wore was shopping for a bag—for books and/or first-aid supplies, not for fashion—and some coffee. Of course, his funding was scant, so his shopping trip had to be kept relatively reasonable.

So there he is, standing around one of Hinoto-Ri's shops, a messenger bag in either hand for comparison.

"Ehh, I'll just pick one..." He hasn't taken notice of Yuri—or anyone else he might recognize—quite yet.

Tap, tap, tap.

Yuri's foot was tapping impatiently as a voice came from behind, sounding quite impatient. "Just pick one already."

He quickly turns, his eyes wide. One of the bags escapes his grasp, twirling to the ground.

"Y-Yuri?! Ahh... why? Ehh, I mean— what are you doing here?" It's not like he's indecisive or killing time outside of his apartment today, oh no.

Well, it looks like that bag isn't going to be bought, apparently. However, Yuri just gives him a cheeky smile before flipping her hair, trying her best to look condescending.

And it worked.

Of course, she didn't really care what he did on his time off, as long as he didn't start some idiotic fight or something even worse. But then again, it would amuse her to see him get punished.

"Shopping, obviously. Why else would I be here?"

Nope. Took it and threw it on the ground.

In all seriousness, Otonashi is the least likely to stir trouble in the neighborhood; he seems rather innocently going about his business.

"Ahh, well... You've been known to take a normal thing and make it... less than normal." Lookin' at you, test day and rocket engines.

"Don't be so stupid, Otonashi-kun. Shopping's just shopping," Yuri replied, rolling her eyes, looking clearly unimpressed as she speaks. Not that she cares, since she is most likely going to buy things that aren't so normal after all.

And, out of pure curiosity, she quirked a brow, speaking her mind as she asked the inevitable. "And what about you?"

"I don't think it's so stupid to ask..." Yuri, you have a track record. Shopping for explosives or blowing the store up or opening up a rift into ~~Studio Ghibli Imagination Land~~ another world seems like it is not outside the realm of possibility.

"Me? I was just... going to pick up some necessities and a messenger bag. Oh, and maybe stop at the arcade, too. Have you ever been there?" Arcades are a hot attraction, right? Okay maybe not to everyone, but he thinks they're entertaining.

"What, do you really want to know what kind of lingerie I'm going to buy, Otonashi-kun?" Yuri inquires, her voice completely deadpan. Though she wasn't here to buy things like that. She just wanted to mess with him, honestly.

At least she wasn't buying anything dangerous...

"W-what kind of ling--?" And then the clouds begin to part.

"Uhhh, what?! Lingerie?! No! No!" Unfortunately for him but fortunately for her, he falls right into the flustered trap quite easily. A girl's underwear choices were her business, not his, and the whole escapade has changed his usually pale skin to a nice, dark pink.

"If that's what you're here to buy, th-then go ahead and buy it! I'll just--I'll talk with you later!"
