In the excitement of summer, it might have slipped some Visitor's minds to go out and patrol the city during the 13th Hour. On the other hand, some were infused with even more energy on those summer nights. It really all depended on the person and perhaps whether their previous encounters were Frosts and Prinnies or something nastier.

Speaking of which... what was out there to be fought tonight?

I was in a video game for six months. Trust me, it gets boring that way sometimes, too.

Huh. Helpful. Most Wavemasters don't solo things, but since I've got max level spells...

What's a Wavemaster? Is it the name of your class in the video game?

Yeah. We're the main spellcasting class in the game.

[prettytamer]

I can tell you're pretty good.

[aurathread]

You have to be if you're soloing as a Wavemaster. We're not exactly built for physical damage.

My demons take most of my hits for me...

Makes sense. We don't have summons in The World, so you'd probably just get a tanking class to take the hits.

I don't want to get someone to tank that I can't bring back with a Samerecarm!

Mm... most people just respawn fine. I'm not really used to there not being any respawn.

I guess that's the difference between here and a video game.

I guess. It's not as much fun, though.

I bet! It's more dangerous here and the drops aren't as nice.

They definitely don't drop as many potions as I'm used to.
