In the excitement of summer, it might have slipped some Visitor's minds to go out and patrol the city during the 13th Hour. On the other hand, some were infused with even more energy on those summer nights. It really all depended on the person and perhaps whether their previous encounters were Frosts and Prinnies or something nastier.

Speaking of which... what was out there to be fought tonight?

And during one of those outings, a blue-haired cheery girl is outside trying to flag Desco down!

"Desco! Desco! Are you going out to fight monsters tonight?"

Assuming this is after the foil thing

Desco just sort of stares at Tachikoma, claws on hips.

"Desco always goes out at night to fight monsters."

Her expression screams 'how do you not know this?'

Fine with me!

"Can I help then? I have a support persona, so working with others is usually the best way for me to help fight monsters!

Plus it would be a great way to work on our teamwork!"

[tyrantball]

Desco just sort of narrows her eyes and stares for a bit before letting loose with a sigh.

"...fine. Desco will permit it!"

[genkibot]

"Great! I'll help out as much as I can, but you can just let me know what you want me to do as well! I'm good at following orders after all."

Desco points one claw in a random direction.

"We're going that way!"

"Roger! You lead the way and I'll follow!"

Tachikoma seems pretty happy to imagine this as a full on mission they're carrying out now.

Desco floats off in the direction she pointed, taking care to not go too high. It doesn't take long before the entirely arbitrary direction she's chosen to bear results.

One of the golden eyes in Usatako's back rolls around, fixating on Tachikoma. Desco addresses her without turning around.

"Are you ready? Desco won't wait if you aren't!"

Tachikoma doesn't have many attacks available from her Persona. So that's why she brought one of her Seburo guns. She gives a nod to the eye looking at her.

"Ready! Feel free to give out commands and I'll do what I can!

Oh! Before I forget! Zero, use Revolution!"

And now a boost to your criticals have been applied! That mean looking dinosaur thing is probably in a lot of trouble...

Desco is about to have Dragonlord smash the thing's knees with a Double Shot when...well. She's gotten used to the weird fusion thing by this point, so she just locks several of her golden eyes on the maelstrom of energy to see what results.

...it's a robot in the shape of a cartoon devil holding a fiddle.

"I am thou, and thou art I! Here, have a brochure for Robot Hell."

What.

Tachikoma is slightly stunned by the colorful show, but manages to shield her eyes from anything painful... When it's over and there's a robot offering a brochure. She takes it with a smile.

"Oh I'll take a look at this Mister Robot! Are you from Robot Hell? Where is it?"

"From there?! Why I run the place, dear lady! I am the Robot Devil. You can find Robot Hell in Atlantic City, New Jersey."

Desco just sort of stares blankly.

This is weird even by her standards.

"Now then, what services can I provide for you tonight? And what do offer me in return? Perhaps a soul or two, hmmm?"

"Huh? But I thought summoned Personas worked with us without having to give them anything..."

"Oh drat, you caught me. So much for getting an extra soul for my forced servitude. But very well! Command and I shall obey..."

[The Robot gives a dramatic bow as he says this last bit, before tilting his head up to look at its summoners, waiting for instructions.]

Okay so Desco just has no idea what even the Hades, but OH WELL. There's a big metal dinosaur that needs to be dismantled and devoured!

"Incomprehensible Ideals!"

The command is accompanied with a dramatically outflung claw, because Desco? She has standards.

"Very well then!"

[The Robot Devil gets closer to the Mecha Tyranitar, pulling out a metallic looking fiddle. He pauses a moment as if he's about to play it when- WHAM! -he just straights up hits the enemy over the head with the weapon.]

"Oh! I want to try too! Try Adorable Ball of Evil!"

At this command, Robot Devil pauses, raising his fiddle dramatically. Light glints off it from no particular source.

Then he hauls off and kicks the Mecha Tyranitar between the legs.

Do robot pokemon even have soft spots there? Oh well, maybe the Robot Devil just knows where to hit where it hurts, because that enemy is sure not looking too well...

"This is great! This is a dual persona right? I heard about this type of thing, but this is the first time I've seen one in action!"

Everything is new a fun for Tachikoma.

Desco nods, and not even in a particularly begrudging manner - just having the Dual Persona around has improved her mood somewhat.

Even if it is weird.

"Desco admits that she is now slightly more fond of you because of this!"

"Oh, is this like a game? Do I need to trigger more event flags before we're best friends? The Major never really let us play those kinds of games though, so I might not be too good at it..."

The slit pupils of Desco's golden eyes dilate in a display of slight irritation at this - however, none of them are focused on Tachikoma, so maybe she was just reminded of something unpleasant?

"Hmmph! There was only one VN in the Disgaea series, and it was before Desco made her debut! Therefore, she categorically refuses to be associated with those kinds of game mechanics!"

Meanwhile, the Robot Devil seems to have taken this side conversation among Desco and Tachikoma to do what he wishes and continues to torment and dismantle the Mechanized Pokemon.

"Okay then, is there some battle or cut-scene we need to go through then? I mean another one to make us best friends?"
