Where: Virgo - Grocery store
Summary: Noda and Hinata are trying to fend for themselves for once and buy food to cook, but do either of them know how? Meanwhile, Otonashi is on the other side of the store, blissfully unaware that his friends have caught up with him for the first time since the Taurus incident.
Warnings: Excessive levels of idiocy and moronic behavior

Hinata could be found mulling over his options in the pre-paid card aisle. Which MMO did he want to buy credits for? Decisions, decisions... In one hand was a shopping basket containing beef jerky, protein shake mix, a variety of energy drinks, and a copious amount of chips and on-sale cookies.

Was he binging on snacks? Or did he eat like this all the time? From the looks of things, one could easily assume that he probably couldn't cook, if all the pre-packaged crap he had was any indication.

Noda on the other hand, was in the deli section of the supermarket, perusing the various meat products therein. A small sign sat on top of the deli counter, written in polite cursive: Be back in 10 minutes!

Noda, however, wanted to be helped now. Whatever poor soul happened upon him would find the purple-haired boy smashing his head into the glass display case in the hopes of breaking it to get access to the meaty treasures.

Otonashi looks a little worse for the wear, but happens to be out today for a case of canned coffee for those late-night sessions of reading (no, not that kind). He's harmless for the most part, but he looks exhausted and may not see you... before he bumps into you.

Literally.

He won't be around the store for long, and can also be found outside on a bench not far from the store... sleeping. Caffeine only gets a person so far, you know. If you wanted to be a real jerk, you could make off with some nice coffee, spices, or a messenger bag...

[Well that's a thing. He actually fishes around in Otonashi's belongings to try to find something nice and cold, but failing that he'll just get a can of soda from a nearby vending machine to balance on Otonashi's head.]

[And he'll be pretty still for a solid two minutes or so. Don't worry Hizumi, this won't last, but it's no fun if he ruins the buildup, right?]

[SIGH you're really no fun when you're exhausted, dude. When it's clear he's not waking up, Hizumi will go through his bag again (oh hey looks like he's still carrying around the astrology document, how devoted of him) and fish out one of the books at random.

So naturally it's the one Otonashi borrowed about cloning. Weirdo kid.

Still, it might actually be interesting to see if Hinoto-Ri has come any further on the subject than his world, so he settles down on a corner of the bench and begins flipping through it.]

[Once he was done getting the things he was supposed to get, all he needed to do was wait for the others to be done with their shopping too. He didn't have much use with just meat, anyways...

But just waiting around was boring. No sooner he was wandering around the store, and finds Otonashi in one of the aisles. A smirk appears on Noda's face as he walks up, casually tossing a package of tampons into Otonashi's basket.]

Getting arrested for stealing from a store on top of property damages is serious, too. Just because you're a Visitor doesn't mean they won't lock you up.

He tucks it into his basket between the protein shake mix and the chips, apparently conflicted on whether or not he wants to eat healthy, turning to Hizumi.]

[Otonashi drags himself out of the grocery store behind the others after they've been served their week ban. He isn't exactly pleased, and the yellow eyesores--the ban notices--are pretty obvious.

Oh, and Noda has the added bonus of a shiny new job to pay for damages. He sees Yuri, but he doesn't exactly feel outgoing and talkative. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNEVENTFUL.]

Ah... Yuri, it's not that hot out, is it..? [For the bikini, anyway. Beyond that, he looks ready to just crawl back into a hole away from this mess.]
