Summary: Garviel teaches people how to fight with guns, blades, hand to hand, and everything but silly personas pretty much.
Warnings: Manliness, possible combat, a lot of talking.
[Loken waits, a few spare blades and a few longarms and pistols in a fairly careless-looking pile beside him, holding his chainsword two-handed, almost challenging anyone to approach him and learn. He is 8 feet tall, and an imposing figure at the edge of the plains, just before the forest.]

While he can't say he expected to be manhandled, Minato makes no objection and tries to memorize the way Garviel is adjusting his stance. It's... not quite what he's used to, but he'll do his best. He does, after all, want to improve.

"Now hold that stance for the next 5 minutes."

Garviel steps back, and begins an internal chronometer in his helmet.

Five minutes? Really?

Minato almost shoots Garviel a look of disbelief, but instead he sucks it up and nods.

"Five minutes..."

It's a very long time to hold one pose.

Garviel counts off the first minute, "One."

One minute isn't so bad. One minute he can do, even if it feels like forever. Who knows about two or three minutes, though. His muscles, unused to this shift in position, ache a little after about two minutes, though he's determined to keep it up. He doesn't want to disappoint Garviel, even if he hardly knows him.

Loken counts off the second minute, "Two."

He continues to watch him.
