It was a little warmer, and Kaito was feeling less sick, so clearly this was his chance to go outside and get some fresh air. Yes.

This was clearly the best time to window shop in the Cancer district instead of going to, let's say, somewhere more outdoorsy. Like a park. How about it, Kaito? Feel like going to a park?

Don't be silly Daichi. There was no possible way that Kaito could have dropped off the face of the game planet for a month or more. Why, that would be silly and also really dumb. Banish such thoughts.

"You'd think I had the plague or something. He's as bad as a grandma!" Though that might have been because Saiduq didn't know how to handle colds, but that was beside the point.

"Who, Saiduq?" It was kind of irrelevant to ask that though, seeing how y'know Saiduq had stolen Kaito's comp and everything and they had an awkward conversation about unrequited love.

"Haha, I'm not surprised! I wonder if he's ever known a human that got sick before? I mean I'm sure he's seen diseases and stuff, but it always seems like it's the first time things happen for him whenever something weird happens."

Daichi didn't think much of it at first, but the more he thought about in between his response... the more he realized wow that's horrible, and a slight look of horror settled on his face.

"You think he was really there for that?!" Well, yeah he knew Alcor was like immortal or something but it's still kind of weird to think about it in the scope of things. "Yeesh, that's awful...!"
