Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

[FOR THOSE IN THE CITY:]
There was still so much cleanup to do. What a perfect time for your HORUS detection systems to start warning you that another group of people were forthcoming.

The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.

Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.

As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.

[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.

There is one word that stays with you, however.

Persona.

So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...

[OOC: As stated above, only new characters can start a thread, but feel free to jump in any of them. characters arrive with their clothing and whatever items they had on them the moment they were taken; the remaining items will be later found in their apartments.]

"I guess I'll believe that you and I are from different spots on the timeline, but what are we both doin' here? I'm supposed to be helping my friends capture and throw a dangerous person in the slammer."

"Do you know your friends' names? Maybe I have some information if they are here or not?"

"Yeah, I do." She'll start with her fellow Shadow Operatives. They're who she was last with, so if something happened to all four of them, they'd most likely be here.

"There's my handler, Mitsuru Kirijo. My sister Aigis, and a big strong guy whose Mitsuru's friends, his name's Akihiko Sanada."

Ruri ponders, then it looks like electricity dances across her golden eyes and another screen opens.

"I've heard both of those names but I lack any serious data on them."

"But they're here! I'll take any data I can get my hands on. What else does it say?" She assumes all of this is normal, since she's had limited interaction with humans.

"I've heard the name Akihiko mentioned on the com network and Mitsuru was requesting help with some domestic issues a while ago. I don't have a recorded address but they would be in one of two places that housing is offered to outsiders like us."

"Two places? That'll be a breeze to search!"

[electricyousei]

"Well there are several apartments in them. But I suppose its easier than the entire city."

[testsubject031]

Well, at least it's not a needle in a haystack. It's a needle in a haystack inside one of two boxes.

Okay, maybe it's not much better. But at least it limits a lot of running around

"Y'can tell me where they are, right?"

"The Libra or Pisces districts is the best I can narrow it down to. Each has a large building for outsiders to stay in."

That makes her wonder just how many outsiders are stuck here.

"They must have a lotta people mixed up in this shindig."

[electricyousei]

"They have several. The whole thing is, rather irritating sometimes."

[testsubject031]

"Irritating in thatcha don't wanna be here with'em?"

Labrys is curious.

[electricyousei]

"No. I had a position and a job back home but it was just something to pass the time. Irritating in the no one asked and no one is giving us the whole truth sort of way."

"So you think people are hiding something? They better not be. All these people probably have important things to get back to doin'."

[electricyousei]

"Given the actions I've seen I would find it highly probable they are. Though it may just be on minor things to make us more likely to assist, I can not say for certain yet."
