Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

[FOR THOSE IN THE CITY:]
There was still so much cleanup to do. What a perfect time for your HORUS detection systems to start warning you that another group of people were forthcoming.

The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.

Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.

As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.

[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.

There is one word that stays with you, however.

Persona.

So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...

[OOC: As stated above, only new characters can start a thread, but feel free to jump in any of them. characters arrive with their clothing and whatever items they had on them the moment they were taken; the remaining items will be later found in their apartments.]

Minako is following her HORUS system's notification. The target should be close by, but instead she winds up distracted by the person she spots on the side of the road.

Those are robot legs. And that lacking-in-feet design is definitely familiar, along with the metallic headband and 'ears.'

But still... Aigis had been sure she was the last of her kind.

Minako approaches cautiously, her curiosity only increasing as she notes that the HORUS notification is definitely coming from this robotic girl. "Hello! Are you lost?"

And Minako's brother follows not too far behind. He's mostly just been letting Minako do the tracking while he keeps his hands shoved into his pockets and his face buried in a scarf, because what is not being lazy while trying to keep warm. But he's not so wrapped up in being lazy that he doesn't take note of the familiar parts of the new girl, too.

He blinks, staring for a moment when he sees who his sister is approaching, before hurrying to catch up, waiting quietly for the robotic girl to answer.

"How's it goin'?" These two...they give off a similar vibe. Labrys wonders if they're related. "I think so. Y'seen a big black limousine drivin' around here?"

Similar enough in vibe, if not in enthusiasm. Minato may be half-asleep as usual but Minako is brimming with energy.

Also, is that a Kansai accent...?

"No, I don't think so. But if you just arrived in Hinoto-ri the car you're looking for might not be around."

An accent like that is not what Minato expects out of a robot girl, but he doesn't think it's worth commenting on.

"Is it yours? If so, it might have shown up by the apartments. If it's not... it's probably not here."

Hinoto-Ri? That doesn't sound familiar at all. She'll have to create her own map for now. "If it's not here, then that means...this is really bad. I hope they're okay."

"Whoever you're missing is fine," Minako is quick to assure her. "This is Hinoto-ri... it's basically another world. You remember Philemon talking about Personas, right?"

"He brought you here and gave you one, if you didn't already have one. But anything or anyone you left behind will be okay and waiting for you when you go back." Minato tries to be reassuring, too.

"Who's Philemon?" Could that have been a real dream? The last time that happened, something bad went down. She was in the TV World living a fake life, and it wasn't very cheery for long. But...

"I already have one, actually. I just got it before I got shut down. Then I woke up here. If they're gonna be okay, then I'll try not to be worried. It's just...they went through a lot of trouble 'cause of me."

"...You're an Anti-Shadow weapon, aren't you?" Minako decides to get right to the real topic, since her statement basically confirmed it. It was too big of a coincidence for her to look so much like Aigis and have a Persona and not be one. She glances at Minato, then looks back at Labrys. "Sorry if it's a strange question... But you look a lot like a good friend of ours and we were wondering."

Welp. Looks like he doesn't need to talk anymore, since Minako has that covered. But he does add, "Her name is Aigis," in case that might be helpful somehow.

Wait, they know what anti-shadow weapons are? Maybe they're Shadow Operatives? "Y-yeah. Yeah! How'd you know? I-"

Aigis?

"You guys are friends with Aigis? She's my little sister!"

Little sister? But Aigis had definitely said all of her older sisters were destroyed. That doesn't seem like the best topic to bring up now, though, so she decides to hold on to it.

"Then it's definitely nice to meet you! I'm Minako Arisato, and this is my brother, Minato." Once again, she speaks on Minato's behalf.

Minato pulls a hand out of his pocket long enough to wave. "Nice to meet you," he echoes, and then there is nothing more to say that Minako isn't already saying for him.

"I'm 5th Generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon Labrys. Just Labrys works, though. Speaking of Aigis, that's one of the people I was with before I ended up here. But if y'said she'll be okay..."

"Don't worry! She'll be right where you left her. Well, unless she winds up in the city too." That's actually a possibility, since a lot of people wind up arriving all at once.

"If she does, I'm sure we'll meet up pretty quickly. In the meantime, um... welcome to Hinoto-Ri, Labrys."

"I'd like to see her soon, but I don't want her to get stuck either..." She's not sure which she wants more.

"Thanks. You guys're alright. Do ya mind if I stick around with ya for a bit?"

"Of course not! Actually..." Here she looks over at Minato again, as if looking at him will magically give her the twin telepathy that happens in fiction. "Aigis isn't here, but there's other people who'll want to meet you, if you'd like to come with us."

Minato nods in agreement. "I'll send them a message and they can come meet you, too..."
