Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

[FOR THOSE IN THE CITY:]
There was still so much cleanup to do. What a perfect time for your HORUS detection systems to start warning you that another group of people were forthcoming.

The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.

Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.

As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.

[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.

There is one word that stays with you, however.

Persona.

So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...

[OOC: As stated above, only new characters can start a thread, but feel free to jump in any of them. characters arrive with their clothing and whatever items they had on them the moment they were taken; the remaining items will be later found in their apartments.]

[He turns and gives Minato the most intense, glare-daggers-at stare that was human possible on this or any other plane of existence.

And, in his surprisingly deep-man-voice, says one word.]

...No.

[...At least he's being honest!]

[ Woah, that voice is way deeper than expected!

But yes, there are points for honesty, and Minato meets that glare with a pretty blank expression. ]

... anything I can do to help?

[ He doubts it, but he figures he'll make the offer. If nothing else, he can segue into offering to fetch a coat or something for this guy. ]

[Now that he was roped into conversation, the glare relaxes into something vaguely more thoughtful, and his free arm comes up to cross over his chest and try to protect him from the cold very poorly.]

I... [Sighs.] I dunno.

[The hand on his free arm is smeared with dried blood. It seems that he doesn't notice...]

[ Minato gives him a moment or two before deciding he'll take a leaf from his sister's book and be a little proactive. He notices that blood, even if Tatsuya doesn't. ]

Have you gotten your ID card and such yet? If not, I can take you to get those.

Either way... we're not far from where I live, if you wanted a shower and something warmer to wear.

[ ... Tatsuya's probably taller than Minato, but surely he can find something, and in any case, Minato has no problem raiding Ryoji's things for a coat or something for the guy. But in any event, he figures he can help in these small ways, and then maybe this guy will talk about what's bothering him. ]

[He shook his head, not at all looking very enthused about being here long enough to need an ID card.

And give him a bit, he needs to adjust to someone actually being helpful to him, given where he was trekking for the last...five hours? Six? It was hard to keep track after being inside a space ship the size of a city.

Tatsuya was starting to get a headache, though, and eventually stands up straighter and looking like he's gonna take Minato up on that offer and wow holy damn yeah he's pretty tall when he isn't slouching!]

...Sure, if you don't mind.

[...Tatsuya, if he didn't mind, he wouldn't have offered.]

[ Minato shakes his head. ]

It's fine.

[ He smiles faintly as he looks up because Tatsuya does have a good four inches on him. ]

It's this way. ... my name's Minato Arisato, by the way.

[He nods and starts to follow Minato when he leads the way, not dragging his sword anymore, but hoisting it up and carrying it over his shoulder.]

Tatsuya Suou. [The awkward stop at the end of that and his general demeanor implies that he is a Persona protagonist bad at this socialization thing.]

Nice to meet you, Suou-san. [ Minato doesn't mind the awkward stop and instead simply leads on. After a few moments, though, he speaks again. ]

Did you come in the middle of a battle of some sort?

[ He can already surmise that some sort of fighting happened, based on the state of that sword, but he watches Tatsuya for his reactions and further clues. He doesn't intend to press deeply on anything, but he is curious all the same. ]
