The Search for the Newcomers, Feburary 2013 Edition.

Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

[FOR THOSE IN THE CITY:]
There was still so much cleanup to do. What a perfect time for your HORUS detection systems to start warning you that another group of people were forthcoming.

The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.

Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.

As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.

[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.

There is one word that stays with you, however.

Persona.

So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...

So we haven't actually fought Polaris yet?

[ Well technically, they've fought Polaris so many times it wasn't even funny. However, he won't mention those details...at least, not yet. ]

...I'm afraid I was called here before I could say for certain whether you were triumphant or not. However, what I can say with certainty is that your audience with Polaris awaits.

[ And he knows you'll succeed. ~~Because if you don't, Hibiki will be sooooo pissed off that after all his tries of recruiting everyone, it didn't even matter in the end anyway.~~]

[Hm. He had no idea how a Saiduq from the past would have any idea how to know that specifically, but he did sort of remember the...Aka..shic...? Record? Stuff. Something about that meant he could probably see the future, at least that was Daichi's guess.

Either way, he's counting it as a victory!] Haha, alright! Then once we get to see him, we just have to beat him and this whole thing gets solved! ["Just beat him," says the guy who kept worrying about fighting God.]

Resetting to back before the Invasion.. [And here, he looked a bit thoughtful.] Heh, I don't think I would've thought of that on my own. Still, I gotta say, it sounds pretty good to me. Uh-- not that I don't like the idea of you being the Administrator or whatever either. They're both good!

[The...administrator? Saiduq? The administrator? He hasn't been here for a very long time, and he sensed his own presence, but...he heard nothing about this. At least, not yet.]

I just don't know how he thought about it, seeing as we barely knew anything about Polaris a week before that started. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though.

[The sort-of compliment gets a bit of a raised eyebrow. Was this how humans complimented each other...? Perhaps he should try it...~~not that he doesn't give backhanded compliments anyway, unintentionally or not.~~]

His will is truly limitless.
