Summary: After gathering answers on her anonymous post, Miyako set out to do some hands on research into a number of “hobbies”...with her brother’s help.

Miyako had received a fair number of answers to her questions. She sorted through her notes, circling and crossing out what’s possible and not possible, and brainstorm some ideas from them. By the end of it, she’s ready to do some research and practice on the field.

But if she’s going to help William be more social, and possibly find an hobby, she would need to practice how to actually...well, help someone.

Out of all the people she knew in Hinoto-Ri, there’s one person she can call upon on. With that thought, she typed up a message and sent it.

Meet me in Cancer District as soon as possible.

After meeting up with Yamato and telling him her plans, Miyako forced her brother to come along and aid her. By aid, it really meant help her figure out how hobbies work and which one might be enjoyable to do.

In other words, Miyako’s more or less dragging her brother around the city to try a number of things. The twins can be found in the tech-filled Cancer District, the general shopping area in Virgo District and the artsy Scorpio District. The hobbies they’re trying out range from simple and normal to, well, less common ones.

(OOC: You can ask for a three way thread (your character -> Miyako -> Yamato, or whichever order we’re comfortable with), or just ask for one of the twins in the subject!)

[After noticing the other woman, and quickly assessing the situation, Miyako finally moved back and give Yamato some space.]

Just a minor misstep. [Not hers, of course.]

Are you both artists by any chance?

[Yamato shifted back into the space Miyako gave him, allow himself and the woman he almost rammed into some room. At the question - he looked amused. Artist? As if...

Never mind the fact that technically speaking yes, yes Yamato was an artist, but like he would ever admit it]

No. We're merely browsing for my sister's hot date.

[He says with a completely straight face]

[And just like that, Miyako quickly and discreetly kicked the back of Yamato's right shin.]

Oh, that sounds fun. They must be the outgoing type.

[Yamato seemed to be getting increasingly uncomfortable between Yukiko and Miyako. He... didn't do well in cramped spaces.]

[Which Miyako noticed and decided to give him some mercy.]

Shall we step outside? Unless we wish to continue our talk inside.

[With all the paint smell around them. And I guess the cramp space.]

Oh, right! I guess it's a little tight in here.

[Yamato and Miyako swiftly followed - although he wasn't eager to carry conversation with a near stranger. He just wanted to get out of that too small shop. He situated himself a few feet away from Yukiko and Miyako, his back to them, with his hand settled on his hip, as most of his weight shifted onto one leg.

Ahh... fresh air... open air...]

[Fresh, open air. It's a relief for her, too, as Miyako prefers such open space.

But she did glance back at the store with a thoughtful look. Hm, arts and crafts...]

I'm sorry if I was interrupting you earlier.

[They looked deep in thought, even for a hot date.]

It's fine. That store was becoming too stuffy for my tastes, anyway.

[It came from Yamato, who still had his back turned to the two girls. His head was tilted back slightly, like he was observing the sky]

Miyako. Go interrogate her if you want. If she was in that store then she is probably more knowledgeable than I about the arts.

[After giving Yamato a brief glance, Miyako turned her attention over to the other girl. She would know if Yamato try to escape yet again.]

I want to ask you some questions.

[Why was she getting the feeling that this would be even more awkward?]

[While that was happening - plotting escape route as they spoke. He could just bolt, really, and slip away into the crowd before Miyako caught up to him - maybe. Subtle shifting away a go!]

I'm looking into activities people can do together, and work as an individual hobby for someone to pick up.

[So far, it doesn't seem like Miyako notice her brother's slow escape.]
