They always say the first day on a new job is always the hardest.

But tell me...did those tasks include being taken from your own homeworld, dumped into a city you didn't recognize, meeting a man dressed in the purest of whites with a butterfly mask, to be bestowed the power of Persona, and then having some Men in Black lead you to the city hall saying you were expected?

What a way to start the first of September...

As they usher the last of you in, you realize that they've been preparing this for quite a while. There is a small table with food on the right, mixed cuisine (although the main theme seems to be Japanese dishes). Some strange computer program appears next to you and seems to be translating what you are saying so those before you understand. Language barriers? Don't be silly!

Most of the men ignore you after that. You are expected to mingle amongst yourselves a bit before the main 'show' starts, it seems....

"Yeah, of course!" There's a bit of surprise at how much her disposition seems to change, but he doesn't press it for now.

"My friends and I, were fought Polaris, and-- even defeated him! We forced him to see that humanity wasn't pointless, and another Septentrione that we were friends with took his place. That's the last thing I remember before coming here."

Wonder how Saiduq was doing....

"That's great! I'm glad everything worked out so well. ...Aside from coming here, anyway!" Although, here doesn't really seem so bad so far.

[hetried]

"Same. I didn't think we would make it for a while there, but somehow we pulled through!" Everything went better than expected :')

"At least, I'm pretty sure everything's fine. We got rid of Polaris and everything, but then I ended up here... so I guess I can't really be sure." Ahahaha....

"I think it's better to stay optimistic. You already did your best." Not that she knows anything more about his circumstances than what he'd just said but... she doubts anyone could go up against a being that powerful while taking it lightly.

[hetried]

"I guess so." Yes. His best. Forget the fact that it was, y'know, mostly Kaito and Io and Saiduq and he just kind of... followed along after totally failing in his own way.

No he had to stop this. Positive thinking! He nodded, his smile a bit more confident but the worry still pretty obvious.

"Yeah. I... I know one of our friends stayed behind, so I'm sure he's taking care of everything. I trust enough for that."

"And you'll be able to get back to him soon too, I'm sure." Because it's obvious he's still worried. Even if she doesn't mind hanging out here for a little while, she's sure not everyone shares her opinion.

"You-- You think so?" Well geez, as he that obvious about it?

"I... I hope so, honestly. We promised we would help him out, after all!"
