Girls' Night

Summary: Girls get together and have fun. Possibly make a party out of kicking Jack Clan ass. Could embarrass weirdo boys who knows?
Warnings: Slapstick demon hurting? Weird Truth or Dare hijacks maybe? Who knows, it's women.


There's been too much crazy stuff going on lately and honestly, Yukiko wanted to do something to cheer up her friends while possibly getting her to be a little more...out there she supposed. That was when she decided to call up a couple of her female friends as well as talk with Chie and Rise, to start up something that normal women would call a 'Girls Night'.

So basically, it's a bunch of girls hanging out at the inn and having fun.



(OOC: It's pretty much a free-for-all. If your lady has any kind of CR with Yukiko, any IT girl, or a friend of a friend, then assume Yukiko invited them over. There will be sub threads for certain things so it stays nice and clean...even if someone beats up a demon. >.>)

You know, they could've done the special effects a lot better than this. It's not like they had a low budget.

[There's that too, because none of the costumes in this one look half as convincing as they should be.]

But then there's Yukiko who is doing just that. This was scary???]

I get that it's silly, but is it really worth a huge laughing fit?

It's not. In fact, I'm not even sure of what to make of it. [Except she totally does know what to make of it--it's a giant ball of what the hell.]

Oh...oh man. That poor girl. She just got decapitated. This is the first time she's seen a human die, and so gruesomely...

She brings her hands to her mouth, trying to hide her surprise.]

Desco would make a dismissive clicking sound with her tongue at that, but it hasn't fully healed yet, so she forgoes it in favor of looking unimpressed and scribbling something on her writing pad.

These effects really are terrible! That wasn't convincing AT ALL. Desco can see at least three things they got wrong right off the top of her head!

They didn't even get the girl's facial features right when they painted it onto that dummy! Were they even trying?

[Rise is torn between these people ruining the spirit of movie-watching and being thankful their complaining about it would make her less grossed out. In the end, her pride as an actress wins.]

I-I know it's fake, but can't you guys suspend your disbelief a little bit?

I can't believe people make movies about that stuff...

Well, it's supposed to be over-the-top and cartoony, but I guess people who've seen real stuff like that wouldn't like it.

[She looks back toward the door at Desco and Shepard dissecting the special effects.]
