Kotoha's pretty well settled in by now, so it's time to go shopping! She's wandering around the shops of Virgo Ward, Arthur in tow to act as a pack mule. In Kotoha's token nod to staying low-profile, the jackal-like Pokemon is wearing a pair of black sunglasses.

Currently, she's in Junes, leafing through a copy of the first Junes Invasion book and giggling.

[Cancer Ward] OPEN
A remnant of Atomic Robo's memories has stuck with Kotoha, and she's interested in exploring the possibilities - which is why she came to Cancer Ward. Currently, she's in a small hobby shop, looking over a selection of airsoft guns while Arthur waits outside, still wearing his sunglasses and loaded down with bags. The Lucario has his arms crossed underneath his chest spike and is leaning against the outside wall of the shop, visibly bored with the entire process of waiting.

[Capricorn Ward] OPEN
Lunchtime sees Kotoha in the Capricorn Plains, enjoying a pre-packaged sandwich and bottle of iced tea she picked up while Solar Logos and Tesla fly overhead in a mock dogfight, creating a brilliant light show - the Volcarona releasing torrents of flame which the Magnezone deflects with shining lasers and jolts of electricity.

It's a few minutes before the 13th Hour, and Kotoha is waiting in front of the JP's Headquarters with what appears to be a sea lion of some kind, one hand resting on the creature's shoulders.

Kotoha spent quite a while picking out the perfect outfit for her date - not as casual as her normal combination of culottes and black stockings, but not super formal either. She's currently smoothing out the plaid skirt and fussing with the hair ribbons while waiting for Ruri to show up at the small park they agreed to meet in.

"Just so long as you avoid the palace. Its a little stuffy there. What is Unova like?"

"Oh, it's a great place! The weather's always nice, there are forests all over, and there's all sorts of interesting people!"

Kotoha's beaming.

"Also, Unova in general is famous for is music - I've met some really amazing musicians."

"I've never really been in a big forest. I mostly spent my time in cities."

She ponders a bit.

"Do you play any instruments?"

Kotoha shakes her head no.

"I can sing a little bit, though, and I used to take ballet lessons."

"I took a few dance lessons when the Nadesico-B was being built, but they weren't ballet. It was all Nergal approved things."

"Really? What kind of dance?"

Who knows, she might know something about it!

"I briefly was trained to be an idol singer. There was some dancing that went with that."

[unbroken_chain]

"So I've heard. Probably not that different from acting, I suppose."

[electricyousei]

"No, acting is different. Or at least voice acting is."

[unbroken_chain]

"I don't know much about voice acting, actually, but it's surprising how often I've had to use my ballet lessons on set. Just being able to look graceful while dodging things has gotten me a lot of parts."

"I've never had to dodge a lot of things. Generally I have had 3 feet of armor aimed at anything that wanted to be launched at me."

Kotoha's actually impressed.

"Wow. I just have a giant angry moth to protect me."

"I have a space battleship to hide in."

Kotoha chuckles.

"That'd explain the three feet of armor, wouldn't it!"

She nods.

"I was raised to interface with the Nadesico."

Kotoha blinks.

"Interface? How?"

[electricyousei]

"Hrm...."

Ruri looks around then lets out a breath and snaps her fingers as a computer screen winks into existence.

"I'm connected to the main computer by a series of nanomachines in my bloodstream."

Kotoha stares, eyes wide, before breaking out into a grin.

"Oh wow, that's amazing!"

"Most of the time I just use it to play video games though."

"Also amazing!"

A pause as she looks at the screen.

"What kind of games?"

[electricyousei]

"Mostly fighting games. I tried some of Yurika's dating sims but they seemed silly and I don't really have the time to devote to RPGs."

Nod nod.

"I always liked puzzle games, personally."

[electricyousei]

"They take a lot of time for the more complicated ones, and I don't have a lot of long uninterrupted stretches to play with them sadly."

"Not even Tetris?"

C'mon, Tetris is fun, right?

"Tetris? I haven't heard of that game."
