Who: Agatha Heterodyne and OPEN
Where: Anywhere from the Pisces apartments to Castle Heterodyne in the Sagittarius district.
What: Now that her castle is in town, Agatha is moving out of the apartments.
Warnings: Snarky castle.


[While Agatha was away in Geartopia there was a new addition to the Sagittarius district. Castle Heterodyne. It's a bit of a handful, so the government simply blocked it off with caution tape until it's owner returned. Now that she's back, it's time to move back into her house.

Agatha hasn't been here long enough to amass a whole lot of stuff to move, so she's trying to get everything in one trip. So she can be found heading across the city, several boxes stacked up in her arms. Careful, they're blocking her view so she may run into someone. Possibly you. She is being followed by a dozen tiny dingbots, all carrying smaller boxes.

Bother her while she's packing? Run into her while she's moving? Offer to help carry stuff? Or maybe you're just curious who owns that horrible foreboding castle. Your choice.]

Ruri is standing outside the castle, peering over it, walking around it with several holographic screens floating around her.

"Hrm, I wonder if its a mad scientist's castle or a vampire castle. I can never tell with this place."

[With all the boxes she's carrying, she might have missed Ruri entirely. But when the other girl speaks, Agatha stops and shuffles the boxes as best she can so she can peer around them.]

Actually, it's mine.

She nods a bit and looks over.

"Take this as a compliment. You look like the sort of person who's laughed maniacally and stated that something is alive. I'll mark it as a mad scientist's castle."

[She grins.]

Well, I have thrown an over-sized switch and called for more lightning on occasion. So I guess that counts.

"I will admit to a few times wishing I could do something like that, sadly it would have only unnerved my friends."

She shakes her head a bit.

You should try it. It's surprisingly cathartic.

"I don't know, I was told that when I took over the Ceres assault force my disinterested tone and bored eyes appearing on every screen caused the other side to drop into despair. Still, I wonder if a mad laugh would have unnerved them even more."

Hmm, I guess disinterest could be a viable tactic for demoralizing your enemies, but....

[She shrugs.]

A good mad laugh works just as well. Plus it's a lot more fun.

"One of these days I may need to learn to do it properly then."

Need some help?

[Fumi intercepts Agatha halfway on her trip, standing with her arms folded and leaning up against a streetlight.]

Huh?

[She very nearly loses the top box on the stack as she whirls around in surprise. Then she laughs.]

Yeah, I guess I could use a hand. Thanks.

All right. Just a moment, then.

[Fumi nods, pulling out her phone and summoning the demon Lugh.]

Lugh, help us out, won't you?

[Because using ancient demons as pack mules is a responsible use of her summoning powers.]

[Agatha is impressed.]

That's pretty handy.

[She hands over the boxes gratefully. Several of the dingbots eye her jealously. Why do they still have to carry stuff?]

I'm heading over to the Sagittarius district.

Sagittarius, hm? Find a better workspace than an abandoned warehouse?

Much better. My castle just showed up.

[Agatha is obviously pretty pleased with this turn of events.]

Oh? Well, I'm certainly interested in seeing that.

Sure! I'll give you the grand tour. The labs are amazing!

[But then it occurs to her that maybe she should give fair warning.]

Oh, um... I should warn you. It likes to tease people. Don't worry though, half of the things it says it's going to do are empty threats.

[M'gann runs into Agatha on her way across town.]

Looks like you're settling in here. Do you need help with those boxes?

[With effort, Agatha manages to peer around the boxes she's carrying.]

I think I can manage, but I wouldn't say 'no' to some help if you're offering.

[Her dingbots are entirely more sure. A particularly lazy enterprising little clank quickly moves in to offer it's box to M'gann.]

Oh it's no trouble at all really.

[M'gann waves her hand and the dingbot's box floats into the air. After looking at Agatha for a second she will also lift enough boxes off her stack to allow her to see.]

[Victory for the dingbot! And Agatha is too busy gaping to reprimand it's rudeness.]

[M'gann blushes at the praise.]

It's nothing really, just something I can do. Now where are we headed?

[M'gann almost drops the boxes when she hears where they're heading.]

That spooky castle belongs to you?

[As an afterthought, she hastily adds]

I didn't do the decorating.

[She's well aware that the castle looks like a stereotypical evil lair for some megalomaniacal spark bent on world domination. Her ancestors were... colorful. And also megalomaniacal sparks bent on world domination.]
