Chaos.

There was no other way to describe the mood in the city, the streets filled with civilians attempting to huddle to the closest safe havens. The demons who had walked a fragile alliance with humans, previously content to stay underground due to the fact that they knew they would be pushed back, suddenly filled the streets - attacking on sight when they saw humans showing themselves to be weak. The darker monsters among them relished in this new opportunity, ignoring humanity's pleas and destroying what little remained of the city's peaceful sanity.

Everywhere, the city was a tumultuous mixture of those still stuck in their childish forms, with some back to their older selves trying to fix what they could and reestablish electrical power and barriers. Some demons, siding with humanity despite everything, aided them by keeping the others at bay. Personas were out in full force, swarming the skies and pushing back invaders. But it simply wasn't enough.

Without a network and all of the news outlets completely silent, everyone was left to fend for themselves... and it wasn't pretty.

The Visitors had to act as fast as they could, still in their child forms or not. There was so much to do, and without any directives. No intel sent to their heads explaining the situation. The Wise Men facility was silent. No one seemed to be answering...

[OOC - Here is the City Page. Your character can be anywhere and either look for clues, help people out or simply try to defend themselves. Remember, there is no electrical power right now, and most of the areas of the city are dark.

It's up to you to decide what to do. Shall you go save civilians, reestablish power, go to the MAGI headquarters? The choices will affect the game. Just know that, tonight, someone you might have thought an ally will declare themselves a foe.

[A crisis is occurring in the middle of the night and throwing the city into chaos. This is very, very familiar to Maugris, and it's also something he can actually take part in. This is the sort of thing that seemed to happen in Metatropolis at least twice a year.

After finding that the network is down and taking a brief moment to work out what the emergency post said, Maugris has decided to do what he'd have ended up doing if this were Metatropolis - find a central position and try and start organizing a response.

Said central position is just outside the Pisces apartments. At least half of what he's been doing is trying to get nearby civilians inside; even if the barriers aren't holding, at least it's somewhere vaguely safer than outside, and defensible. Apart from that, he's running into the issue of getting people to try and listen to him over the chaos, and the fact that he doesn't actually have any sort of authority in Hinoto-Ri, and the fact that he doesn't know the people around him and what they're capable of nearly as well as he did the vampires of Metatropolis.

That, and the fact that he's taking time out of his frantic planning every five minutes or so to throw a Rakukaja at someone to give them time to get to safety. If nothing else, Malagi's getting a workout.]

He may end up running for places he thinks are likely to be at the root of the problem - probably MAGI or the Research Facility - later if he thinks things are sufficiently organized, someone else takes over planning, or if he just gives up on the idea. [Faris, meanwhile, is doing as much as she can actively - while it may be no small feat in theory to go out, find one or two people that were caught out, and get them somewhere inside, she's having much the same problems as this guy seems to be, and often resorts to just grabbing people.

On the other hand, this was a little closer to what she'd been expecting all these months.]

[That would be a blast of wind going right over the head of the purple-haired person over there to hit a demon that was trying to sneak up behind her. He gives up on arguing with people for a moment and heads over in that direction, towing along his Persona - a tall, willowy knight-like figure in green and silver armor.]

[Seeing as she has free hands at the moment, she immediately turns around and pulls out two swords into an X-shaped guard while commanding her own Persona, Gabriel, to use Aquadyne.]
