Who: Open to anyone, but anyone from the first log will be doubly urged to come.
Where: Starting in Virgo, leading in to Gemini.
Summary: The next night, the song is back, and even stronger...but this time, it seems to have a purpose.
Warnings: Secondary, small plot event
The 27th seemed to have been a bust. Many stood around, discussing the strange music, before eventually retiring when exhaustion hit after the 13th hour...and boy did it. Strangely, the civilian population- even persona users -reported to not hearing anything at all.

The night of the 28th, it happened again. The same song, the same pleading call, to the same row of shops. But something did change, as midnight melted quickly towards the Thirteenth hour.

Another noise sought to be heard over the music- this one akin to television static. If one looked closely at the glass of the nearby shop windows, they could see something cloudy forming on them...but that was only a reflection. Nothing stood in that spot in the street. A figure took form amid the shimmered raindrops, only visible in the reflection of the rain and the glass. A ghost, glowing dimly, with eyes so pitch black that one could never see through them. And where were those unending eyes pointed? Up at Mount Utsugi, giving way to Mictlan...

It moved instinctively, heading for the structure without any glance at the Persona users it had called out to. The piper had it's children, and now it only had to lead them...

[ OOC: Feel free to try to interact with the ghostly figure, or just go along for the ride! And just to clarify, yeah the ghost has no physical form- it's only visible in reflective surfaces -so if you wanna follow it, you might need a mirror or something. If you want to know if something would work for that, just bug me on plurk (gaakishi)! ]

He had heard the song before, last night in the rain. And here it was again, insistent, and pulling. Shinjiro wasn't too keen and following it this time around either—he had enough shit he had to deal with for the past week—but it's still far too easy to find himself in front of the shop windows again, soaked and a bit disgruntled.

But this time he heard the static as the Dark Hour hit. Though it was called the 13th here, he viewed them as the same: a hidden hour cut from the same cloth, and just as ominous as the original had been. He felt the rain continue, and watched the glass on the windows cloud, something shadow-like appearing on the face of the glass, in the reflection if it, though he sees no one else besides him, just empty space saturated with rain.

He frowned and looked around at the crowd that has gathered, watching the puzzled and disbelieving looks directed both at the glass and elsewhere, and starts to walk. He watched the figure, whatever it was, real or unreal, move from window to window as he did across ground, it seeming to exist in the space between the glass.

It didn't take long for his eyes to catch someone else just a few feet away. Shinjiro glanced his way, followed the other person's eyes over to a puddle of water, and caught site of the same figure that he had seen in the glass not so long ago. Shinjiro's frown deepened, though the rest of his expression remained impassive.

He then took a moment to evaluate the situation, as if weighing the value of speaking or saying silent and continuing on his way. He chose to speak.

"You see something?"

The mixing of static into the music once midnight passes only made Riku frown and tense all the more. The taste of Darkness in the air was not quite as disturbing as it had been the first time he had passed into this time frame, but it was still unsettling.

He pushed that feeling of unease away from his mind, instead letting his eyes wander over puddles and windows in search for the ghost(?), acknowledging Shinjiro with a glance and a shrug,

"I thought I did."

He was sure he had, but... the lack of any kind of presence... or at least anything he could sense, made him wary.

"Thought?"

Well, that was as good of a confirmation as any. He certainly couldn't quite make out whatever-it-was, but just because he couldn't see it in the physical realm didn't mean it wasn't here. He had seen enough during his lifetime to put more stock in things that probably shouldn't be real in a normal man's reality. Was it some kind of Shadow?

"You see it in the glass?
